DON'T BUY THIS RUBBISH – The Simpson eziset 8.5kg washing machine is the worst machine I have ever owned. The lint filter system is disgusting. The time it shows to do a load of clothes is wrong. Takes much longer. Fast wash is only 2 mins quicker than cold wash. Absolute rubbish. DON'T BUY! Can't believe whoever tests machines could possibly say this is a good machine. the key- and mine never came with a filter- someone at or visiting masters- where i brought it- must have knocked it off- and i cant get one- they're closed now- anyway its still not a bad machine-- washes ok- isn't harsh on the clothes- is quiet-and looks good- so im happy.

Love this washing Machine!! – This is a great washing machine! Its never missed a beat and has been used 3 or more loads a day!! Im sad to have to upgrade as our family has outgrown this size!!! Hoping it is as amazing for someone else as it has been for me!! Highly recommend

first thing I did was to check on the model he offered and the first one I came upon was from a lady who bought one and returned it within 5 days ( check the reviews) some deal, getting rid of one to replace with another load of rubbish. Today's outcome regarding Samsung might make Simpson look out and see what is possible by the General public who buy goods from this company only to be left well and truly out of pocket. Anyone knows that a supposed "good quality" washing machine will or should last for at least 15 years yet this guy is telling me that the depreciation of their washing machines is $ 43 per month. No, he wasn't joking. Let us all get together and contact Consumer Affairs and get our just entitlements, either money back, guaranteed repair or a new machine which they can guarantee will work. Samsung, after a long long fight have been made to make good for all the problems their machines have caused, so they should and "SO SHOULD SIMPSON"

Let us all keep at this company producing crap washing machines. Let us find the numbers of people who are and will be out of pocket as a result of this foreign made rubbish while they make millions we the little people

are lining their pockets. I am well and truly JACK of this. They should, just like Samsung, be made to repay for our losses. These machines are dangerous and have the potential to cause fire and as a result, death.

Please please get on board and let us get this disgraceful highway robbery brought to an end.

the worst washing maching I have ever used – Never would I recommend this washing machine to anyone. Follow instructions but clothes (especially dark ) come out with fluff and sud marks all over them. Purchased machine 12-14 months ago So pleased to see that this product has been discontinued. Unfortunately I would never recommend your brand to anyone

Perfect! – I bought this machine about a month ago to replace my old Simpson Espirit 550, after reading the hand book and finding out proper operating info, it does the job perfectly, no powder residue, its very quiet, and simple to operate, some of the negitive reviews I read were most probably due to the fact that they never cleaned the lint catcher after every wash, and didnt premix the wash powder.

Worst washing machine I have ever owned – I purchased this machine because it was made by Simpson What a mistake I follow instructions regarding top loadind powders & almost without exception I end up with soap residue one the clothes.Also clothing is not clean I have even tried presoaking to no effect.The biggest lemon ever & cannot find 1 good comment Does not washwithout leaving residue

I am very happy with my machine and would replace it with another. Washes Quick,Gentle to clothes,Great Selection of cycles,Not as many electr0onic bits to break down costing heaps in repairs, It rinces clothes quite well better then the water saver machine Nothing at all

Great little washing machine – I purchase a Simpson EziSet 6Kg washing machine from Appliances Online (highly recommended). Various wash cycles from regular, fast, heavy duty, delicate to rinse & spin. The only thing is it does not switch off at the end of a cycle like its predecessors. A basic machine that does the job – This is a no frills machine which is what I wanted, after having more expensive machines with a lot more computer based programs and other useless gadgets, I went with this one. Reliable so far, fingers crossed Very noisy, knocks and bangs when machines changes into next cycle

Bad – I've had this washing machine for about 5 years now and haven't been that impressed with it. have to dilute the washing detergent before adding it in because it often doesn't rinse from the clothes well. Sometimes this isn't very evident but it's definitely embarrassing when the left over detergent on your clothes is lit up by UV lighting out in public!?!

We've also had issues with the machine coming off balance when we try and wash heavier items. This is probably our fault with us not distributing them well enough but it's frustrating none the less.

I know I'm a harsh critic and I haven't used a lot of washing machines in my time but I expected a little more. It was one of the cheaper machines on the market though so value wise I shouldn't complain! Easy to use
