Absolute waste of time. Upon speaking directly to x2 representative of the Milperra site. Absolutely nothing gets done, there are no organizational or management skills with in the company and 100% ZERO communication between the internal individuals. This large company cannot be relied on. Our business switched over to Sims for a better rate and we are already switching after x8 pickups in which were ALL incorrect. From times, to complete days incorrect, shortage of bins, incorrect bins etc. These guys are just a headache. Please avoid.

Took just under a tonne of steel,had unload by hand,no help at all..was quoted $160 a tonne,the thieves here took $65 waste disposal fee.. A lot of work for a lousey $80 Complained and the staff simply didn’t care… Take you scrap elsewhere,just a grub of a company..

Metal recyclers you should avoid – I brough them close to 1 ton of steel and they refused to pay saying that I miss 4kg and I should go back to get that 4kg so I will get paid. All other recyclers in Canberra pay you for whatever the weight is. Thieves! - I now take the metals to honest scrap metal recycling businesses.
