there are other solutions from other companies but this is the only one that has a powerful spray and gets the saline solution right through the blockage and all the way into the depths of your nose.

Did Not work for me – I recently move to a new city and got introduced to a new GP. She gave me this. After using it the pain is still there and the pressure keeps on building. I'd rather use a nose drop instead.

Not for me – I used it once and it 'burnt' the inside of my nose which then triggered an attack of cold sores inside my nose where I have never had them before. This product might work for others but I won't be using it again. Will be looking for a nasal spray with milder ingredients.

Great natural relief – I suffer from post nasal drip and currently have a head cold. A couple of squirts into each nostril and I can clear the congestion . Its natural and safe and it works for me. Was previously using a steroidal inhaler but this seems to be more effective and safer. Inexpensive, it works
