Poor and untrustworthy service – Full-scale scam. Between movers and insurance team, they are the worst. Packing team was amazing, did a great job but team in Brisbane was the opposite. They damaged the furniture then tried to leave without disclosing it. closer to wall, which cause the damage. A pure lie. There isn`t a single mark on the carpet that indicates bed frame moved. It can only be lifted by minimum two people and placed down.

HORRIBLE experience with that company – Poor customer service. Poor satisfaction. AWFUL customer experience! We moved with Allied Van Lines/ Coleman and the movers damaged most of our big furniture. SIRVA offered a RIDICULOUS settlement of 207$ . We paid 5kusd for that move, we lost 2kusd. SIRVA is just another Joke after ALLIED VAN LINES and COLEMAN. Do not move with them, they will destroy your furniture.

Sirva insuarers are Scamsters – I wouldn’t give them a 0 …they would get a negative , we moved internationally (5 bedroom villa) long distance & our container was insured with Sirva Australia . 60% of our stuff was damaged badly - they took 6 months to try to finish the process of validation - it took me 2-3 to compile a very detail oriented document showing damages with… Read more

pictures. They Got a surveyor from London to come to our place to validate our claim. Once that was done they woke up amd are giving excuses for not paying through even 50% of claim value - they have gone quiet when we have asked for proof on their very silly response on why they won’t cover the damages. We have had to chase the lot - never in our life have we seen such unprofessional behaviour. I have to say we were insured through Allied who moved our stuff - giving this team also a -1. Cheats the lot of them , exist to scam hardworking people of their money. Please do not choose either of these brands to work with. Very unethical.

Please note we haven’t been paid as we refuse to sign on their offer and we have asked for justifications to which they have gone quiet.

Bad Service – What a horrible experience from all the team! Once they got our money, the care factor disappeared. Late responses, if they responded at all! realize till months after when our stuff arrived in Oz! It was just sitting in their warehouse in Auckland. No refunds given, despite actually not utilizing all the space we paid for in the shipping container. So much of our stuff was broken or damaged, but do you think we could get anyone to return our phone calls!! Six months later and we are STILL waiting for them to process our insurance claim and respond to our emails. Would never recommend using Allieds or Sirva

Everything went according to plan – Moved from a Victorian 3 bedroom townhouse to a Queensland 3 bedroom apartment. All dates and times were met. Removal staff in Vic and Qld very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No damage and all boxes and packing removed. Would throughly recommend Allied Pickfords.
