the tip even though I had really light things in my skip bin. Scammers, do not hire from these guys, you will end up paying more & getting stuck with a bin & they are uncontactable but when they want you to pay up for extra charges they certainly make sure to be in touch. I will happily pay more next time for a more professional & honest service.

Left on sight past contract dates and charged for it – Skip was a week late to sight so but us back in production but that was all good. and was told I would not be charged because it was left there for 6 days longer and the rain and dumping was out of my control. I paid 380$ on top of what was agreed and they keep sending invoices insisting that I pay more again.

Worst skip bin company – This is the worst service I have ever had. Poor communication and if I could I wouldn't give them a star at all. Can't even deliver a bin on time and when you get in contact with them they promise you a larger bin as conversation of the missing bin at no extra charge. later and the only communication is to only fill the bin half way. After a week get an email with an invoice to pay the cost for the larger amount of tipping fees and no communications that we would need to additional tipping fees. The biggest scamming company.

Bait and switch – Enquired using the online chat saying that skips were for 2 weeks at $395 and $50 pw after that , so I booked and got a phone call later saying they needed to verify some details. The lady on the phone then said it was only for 3 days. Victoria apparently only has three days and other states a week. Alone that is three different bits of information.

Really bad communication – I ordered online then received a call to say they wanted to charge me over $100 extra as the price online was wrong... I said no, if you don't want the nearly 1000 I paid for the 12m refund me and I'll go elsewhere. living in at the moment I didn't know when it had been delivered so I had to keep calling to find out what was happening. I asked what was NOT allowed in the bin and just kept getting the run around and saying don't overfill. I received a call at 5am to say that we could have fit more in the bin but the driver was just telling us out of a courtesy? And wouldn't let us come add more but felt it was necessary to call at 5AM! In the end the receptionist [Name Removed] and I had nearly come to blows a few times. I do not recommend this company due to the service.

False advertising with load and go and poor customer service – Company agreed to pick up bricks and rubble for $99 then changed their mind charged $150 extra after I had cancelled other contractors. Doesn’t take responsibility or give a discount.

Shame I have to give a star – I booked a bin by online services on the 6th of the 8th 2020. I received the phone call that day from customer service stating that I could not get the bin on the desired date that I selected. I have attempted to contact the company on numerous times to be stated that a refund will be issued also called this morning to be told that a refund was issued and nothing has came through via email or via phone or via zip pay. Being a single mum with 3 kids I can't afford to be out of $355. I would not recommend this company to anyone and and going via zip pay now to try and see if I can get a refund issued. it's a shame that people like this are able to operate a company when they've got no intentions were going by their own refund policy that is stated on their website. I would recommend using a local company and not using this company. Edit* refund was issued from Zippay after I got them to chase this up 07th September.

No hassle removal of branches and cuttings from pruning a tree – I opted for the Load and Go Service which cost me $132 to remove branches and cuttings from pruning a tree and I was very impressed as they loaded the bin for me which is great as I have a medical condition which would have caused me trouble to do myself, I didn't have to be home while they did this and they cleaned the area where the rubbish was.… Read more

I highly recommend the Load and Go Service but please note if you don't stick to the guidelines you will be charged etc. I stuck to the guidelines so only paid $132.

So far, Perfect ! – Our skip bin arrived on the day it was booked for and during the time agreed on (12:00 pm-5:00 pm). It was placed exactly where needed, and there were no problems. Recommended.

Scammer – This pork chop dropped off the wrong type of bin that was purchase via their website. Then he changed it for a different/stronger one (30% smaller than the original). Then he tried to charge more. Absolute joke! Comms were terrible and then the shyster started swearing at me and abusing me via SMS.

advised them that I will go to Fair Trading department if I don't receive the refund. They sent me email confirming refund but the money is still not in the bank. One of the worst experiences I had with a service company, absolutely disappointing, do not go to this company.

Overcharge! – Charged me for for a heavy bin when most of the content was cardboard! I was apparently over by 70kg. It rained the day before so the weight must have been mostly water. It's quite unacceptable to overcharge without considering the circumstance.

Argh wish I read the reviews first! – Took my booking and my money but never showed up. When I called was told they don't deliver to my location - I had booked two weeks before and they never informed me they wouldn't deliver. Total scam. I just hope I get my money back :(

I am very disappointed wish I read reviews first how can they still be running – I am disappointed in the no communication they have with there customers they don't even follow there own terms and conditions I have been waiting all day for delivery no bin arrived no one answers call or emails quick to take your money surprised they still have a business if they run it like this I expect some communication or full refund asap

Wish I could give a zero review – Booked a bin for the 27th and it still has not arrived nobody will answer calls or emails or return any calls no idea how I can even get a bloody refund so I can book with someone who actually will show up I wish I read these reviews before booking

Unreliable and rude service – I wish I read the reviews before booking. Very unreliable, and phoning during business hours does not mean they will answer. Ask the girl on the line Where is my skip? and she stops talking and hangs up in your face. This company sub contract out, just go striaght to the source and save yourself a Headache. Pathethic phone service.

Unhappy – Delivered on time but still waiting for the bin to be collected. It has been 4 days since it was meant to be picked up. Like all other reviews customer service is not in Australia and you cannot get hold of anyone at a decent time. Will not be using again.

I’ll be sending a letter of demand via the Fair Trading NSW website for a full refund and also starting the complaints process with Fair trading NSW to have this issue looked into if I am not contacted before Monday.

(Before they reply saying they don’t have a booking in my name I’m writing this on behalf of my father)

Bait and Switch – Booked a bin but did not show up. When I called, they said that they were busy and will deliver the following day. Then tried to charge extra for items already listed as allowed in a mixed heavy waste bin. Finally they said that there is a weight limit and tried to charge extra for excess weight even before the bin was delivered.

revised delivery date of 3pm, then 5.30pm. It is now nearly 6pm and now no one is answering their phone (how convenient!). At this point, their service has been poor and I have no faith in these so-called delivery reschedules. Whilst the last caller offered me a free extension as I have effectively lost a whole day of the skip hire, I am not prepared to wait any longer and will be demanding a refund. Save your money and use someone else!

This company has been reported to NSW Fair Trading Office for fraudulent business practices. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service. Took the bin away before arranged – I booked the bin for 14 days with the last day being a Saturday. They took the booking then delivered the bin. read the fine print – We have been told to isolate and no one is allowed on premises - its called covid.... I booked the skip 20 minutes ago.... Receive the notification... Ring the skip people -- 20% because we didnt give them 3 business days notice........i rang you 20 minutes ago?? This company is just sub contracting out the actual skips from other companies - do not bother with them.

Disgustind and Illegal – Deplorable service. Booked for five days, left on my property for 14days. Damaged my driveway dropping the off. Illegally claimed waste contained asbestos and attempted to charge me $3000 to remove the waste. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email have been deliberately ignoring me. Now escalated to NSW Fair Trading.

Terrible service! Late and customer service are rude! – The bin arrived at 6pm the Saturday and then they were quick to pick up at 6am on Monday. I paid for 3 days and was lucky to get 1! I went to the bank to dispute and the customer service team got back to me and was completely rude! Saying 6pm is reasonable! Waiting to get a refund.

time off work on both days, because I needed to fill the bin, to remove household rubbish before the weekend. I had to call the Company AGAIN (4th time) to cancel the booking, and then had to frantically book a bin from another company - for Saturday, as I was running out of time. I then rang the head office of Skip Bin Hire Aust (sounded like a Philippines call centre!) to ask for a refund. One positive thing is that I had no trouble getting the refund. HOWEVER, the call centre advised me that the 'Supplier' said they called me and that I said I no longer needed the bin! An outright lie. So not only did they fail to provide their one and only service but they said things that were not factual or true. Read the other reviews & steer clear of this Company. To Skip Bin Hire Australia - you really need to improve your business!

Just another bad review for this company – Booked a bin to be delivered today, May 31st, it is now 8.41pm and the bin has not been delivered and we have had no courtesy call to let us know there is an issue or delay. Called them at 1.30pm was told bin would be delivered between 3 and 6pm, called again at 5.30pm when bin had still not arrived. No answer. After seeing all the negative reviews I am going to call my bank and open a chargeback and get my money back. Bloody disgusted.

Zero Stars if I could – Firstly I asked if there was a charge for carpet. The chat person replied stating there were extra charges for certain items and provided a list. Carpet was not there. carpet. On the website it allowed me to book a bin for 7 days only to be told by that same person there is a 3 day limit and it will be $30 extra per day for the bin. Again when you book a bin on the website for 7 days, the price stays the same. Lastly I requested a bin for heavy waste which is more expensive. The website states there is no weight limit but I was informed by the same person that there is a 1 tone weight limit. Seriously sort your mess out. Communication is the key when providing a service. Also having everything up to date helps also. I received the poor excuse of “we are currently updating our website” sorry but you shouldn’t be allowing people to book if it’s not available nor should you be quick to take the customers money. Stay away – Ordered a bin online . Got told it would be first on delivery, had someone waiting a the house for the bin . Still not there by 12 noon . Left messages to ring me to see where bin was. Finally they rang back to say sorry no bin available today . Great way to run a business, no communication at all . One person tells u what you want to hear but cannot deliver . Won’t be using this company again . Amazing they are still in business
