Worst customer service I’ve had in my whole life – Ordered a skip bin 6 weeks out, confirmed day before and all going to plan. I’m the day it wasn’t delivered- no time to arrange anything else. Payment was offered 6 weeks in advance but not taken . please don’t use this service ever if you don’t want the stress of last minute changes. the service rep Dean needs to be more customer friendly for a start! Offered to pay and make arrangements for a new bin when it wasn’t delivered and Dean said he couldn’t organise within a couple of days and couldn’t make credit card payments. Suggest to all you try another skip non agency- I’m sure the service has got to be better than this one. Disappointing dean!!!

Very good, fast and prompt service – We were let down by another company and called Skip Bins Perth. They were polite on the phone and had a mini skip to us within a hour. Very fast service with reasonable pricing. Thanks
