It's a shame Skipbin.com can't take the trouble to check access before driving, at too high a speed down an extremely narrow laneway in a very large truck. A minute's observation would have told them that there is a much broader access which doesn't involve damage to neighbouring properties. In short, a pretty rubbish concern.
Poor communication – I booked and paid for my Skip bin on Monday but realised I hadn’t received a confirmation email. I then jumped on the page to request a confirmation and received one with only half the information required. Come the due date for delivery I made multiple attempts to make contact with Dylan. I had to search the Facebook page and the Instagram page to get further communication methods as he wasn’t replying to my emails. I found a phone number on the Facebook page which apparently was an old number as I tried to message it and call it and the responder said that it was an old number however when I went to check back on the Facebook page, the number had been removed Which means that owner knew I was attempting to make contact through this phone number. Eventually, I finally got an email to say that only the admin fee had been charged which was incorrect because the full payment had been put into pending on my card, I requested a refund And found someone local. Refund received.
