Terrible – Do not switch to Sky Living, they are terrible.No engagement with our strata committee. They ignore email requests from us. Sky Living ignore all requests for urgent requests to our apartment complex. Luke from Sky Living will talk the talk however he has no interest once there is an issue.
More than happy – Our owners are more than happy with the support and assistance from Sky Living. We were promised changes and these changes have been shown time and time again - really wished we changed earlier.
Worst Strata I have ever met – A house of 70 apartments. They are being impediment, non responsive, disingenuous and rude in manner with the owners. forced to get it fixed in an emergency, strata refuses to refund the cost. They abuse their official power to arbitrarily collect extra money. They ignore mediation. 1. It took 8 months to get them fix a dripping gutter. 2. It took them 4 months to arrange replacement of a broken, insecure entrance door (due to an attempted break in). I would never recommend them.

firm but this means that you get personalised service and care. Sky Living has exceeded our expectations, especially in the light of our previous experience with the ruthlessness of a large firm. We couldn't be happier with Sky Living and would recommend this firm
Helping us resolve our long overdue problems – Our committee engaged Sky living strata management more than a year back. There have been issues with building management - involving repair works for units. We have been assured that these issues will be taken care of. Luke has offered to help, even though building management is not part of his responsibility

Unprofessional, arrogant, and disingenuous – SkyLiving Strata (SKS) manage the apartment block next to our house. In 2016 there was a major sewerage leak on our property. problem was discovered the plumber immediately resolved the issue. He used a camera to record the problem and his activity. The problem was discussed directly by the plumber with one of the members of the Body Corporate, and the video supplied on a USB stick. An invoice for the repair work ONLY was forwarded to SLS. In response to numerous emails requesting payment SLS respond (in impolite terms) claiming neither they nor the Body Corporate requested the work to be done so they are not responsible for payment. They have very recently made an offer to pay 50% of the plumber's invoice. In dealings with SLS they have consistently behaved in an arrogant unprofessional manner, which reflects badly on their business and provides a poor service for their clients. Based on my experience, their actions indicate they have a limited ability to ethically manage the business issues of the Body Corporate they represent.
