Don’t use Skyscanner to book car hire!!! They use a third party Airportrentals.com who then won’t refund unused days which I suppose would be ok if I actually changed my mind but I was forced into returning to my home state amid all this covid19.

I booked my return ticket from Skyscanner. Difficult the rechedule using Skyscanner. I was aware before them that my flight is cancelled and they did not have any clue. my flight ticket was on 25th March and I called them on 17th March to reschedule on 20th March as my flight was cancelled. To my surprise, they didnot have any clue that flight is cancelled. They said ok and they will inform me ASAP. I didnot get any response till 19th. I called the airline directly and they told me they have not received any request from the agent. Singapore ai...rline helped me to reschedule the ticket for 19th March. I reached my destination on 20th March and after reaching there I got a mail from Skyscanner that my flight is cancelled which I already knew on 17th and till that time they didnot have any clue. Then I realized the difference of booking a ticket from third party and directly from the airline. I was able to rebook because of my awareness. Skyscanner support was 0.
Why did they move my booking to BYOJET NOW Where is Skyscanner are they in bankruptcy already
This not fare the just went bankrupt and aend email saying they move my booking to a different body's ..why they move my booking without calling me
I want my money back
I used Skyscanner to book a Royal Brunei flight from Melbourne to London. The ticket was cheap so I booked it. What I didn't know until payment was that the airfare was in US dollars and the travel agent was in the US. Now, with the coronavirus this travel agent said no refunds but Royal Brunei's policy state there is a refund. If you find a cheap airfare I strongly suggest you go straight to that airline and book directly. Don't get caught out as I did. To add to the nightmare I am charged currency exchange fees on this booking.
Corona virus out cry
Booked flights through Skyscanner and although booked on Qantas and American Airlines, both reputable airlines, cancelling the flights is a nightmare.
I cannot understand that the likes of Qantas and American Airlines are not stepping in and making sure the right thing is happening. You can cancel if you booked through the airlines directly, but Skyscanner has NO link, policy or anything to help you.
I hope Skyscanner is one of the companies going broken after coronavirus, serves them right!
Trusted partner "BYOJet"
I am speechless and horrified by the service provided by BYOJet in this time of crisis, i have always used sky scanner as they have provided good deals compared to airlines prices, but i would rather pay more than being scammed by a travel agent, like me, many more have tried contacting BYO Jet given the current travel restrictions in place, Cathay Pacific have offered refund and rescheduling options but obviously a crap company like BYO JET would not understand the definition of an act of goodwill in circumstances of crisis.

Terrible ticket booking partners
I booked my flights with BYOjet on 12th feb for travelling to lndia on 4th of April. But due to corona virus & isolation period i want to postpone my travel & seeking refunds or credits for future travel. But that company is not responding from last month & i tried everything ...even mailing & waiting on phones for 2hr. Please help me i booked through ur site.

All I can say is you are as shameless as your partner travel agents mainly Travelgenio. I have sent you emails explaining issues and you never replied. Booked tickets with you about 7 months ago and because country we were travelling to has banned the entry all the outsiders due to corona virus. Your little scamming partner will not cancel, refund and reply to phone calls and emails. Such a shame. Contacting you guys and never bother replying. Shame on you.

Skyscanners "trusted partner" Fly365 has taken my money with nothing more than a booking made. Skyscanner simply said sorry we didn't know this would happen - contact your bank. Shameless company

I am frequent traveller but will not use skyscanner anymore as you can not trust their partners and there is nothing on their website to complain or leave the feedback about dodgy practices. I will have to rake this further with Visa.

I have paid them for additional 10 kg with ryanair with priority baggage and even though it is on the paper it is not on the system in madrid where my husband was checking. They were asking him to pay again and won't let him in if he does not.
The other thing is 55 euros f...or not checking online. We have travelled by 20-30 different airlines so far and checking at the airport is always free, As we did not deal with Ryanair directly they told us to contact you. You should have explicitly stated that there is a penalty if not checking online as this is the only company that does it. Checking online is for our convenience and not to be penalised especially while in transit. You do not have email To write to as I paid for standard service, so I am going to publicly contact you on every website. It looks like a scam and your review ratings confirms it. Shame on skyscanner fot using you. i will not use either of you again.

Like many others I recently booked via Skyscanner I selected Fly365 because Skyscanner gave it a 5 star rating compared to others. This gave me some confidence!! But immediately after booking, including making payment, which goes immediately to them I had doubts. Especially this was so when I received the first communication from Fly 365 saying my booking was confirmed and all I had to do was present this confirmation at the airport. (It seems many people have been duped by this statement).

I have always used Skyscanner, as I found the website clear and easy to use, but now, two of the businesses listed have gone into liquidation, the most recent one being Fly365. I was fortunate enough to get a refund through my bank on the first one, but I have my doubts that I will get a refund on my most recent bookings. I feel Skyscanner is not doing enough to protect the users of their site.

Possibly lost thousands due to a third party company used through Skyscanner, fly 365 have gone into liquidation without explanation from either company. Only found out after trying to book my seats with Qatar. Could have gone the airport without knowledge of not having a valid ticket. Never using Skyscanner again
FLY365 IN LIQUIDATION
Skyscanner, shame on you. Still advertising FLY365 as a reputable company and took our money. Never received tickets and have just posted liquidation on the 21/02/2020. Their call centre is non existent and have no way of refunding our money. No reply to our emails or calls.

It’s disgraceful they associate with MyTrip
I booked a flight with MyTrip 11 months prior to travel. They took it upon themselves to cancel my flights 3 weeks before departure date despite their being no change to the schedule. They admitted they made a mistake but will not make good and restore my booking. I’ve never encountered this type of treatment. My wife and kids will be on that flight without me and will not be able to cope....
Even though they admitted it was their error they haven’t offered me a rebooking and have begun a process of ignoring me hoping i go away... it turns out...
having un called for stress
I booked a flight and such a price difference. Initially when I went to the payment it was $414 and it closed on me and when I went on to book again, I ended up paying $490 I even paid for the second baggage option they gave extra $31 something as that was the only option given and does not even show the second checked bag on the itinerary. There is no contacts to call and the email sent hasn’t been attended. Such a big difference in pricing and still no second checked bag provided.. very upset. Frequent user of sky scanner.
Airline cancelled the flight and refunded my ticket but SS refused to payback. I'll book direct with airline next time.
Airline cancelled my flight, and gave refund but Skyscanner would not give it back to me. They claimed it was a non refundable ticket even though tiger refunded the ticket.
Fix name of the ticket
I bought an airline ticket in 2 min, receive a ticket in 24 hours, I made a mistake when filling in the ticket, as I have two family names, put a place in the middle name. I've been trying to fix this for over 10 days and just answer me and I have to wait. I have already missed two dates that have been scheduled for the issuance of my visa with the Japanese Embassy and I am 22 days before the start of my trip.
It is not possible for you to treat your customers like this, when selling it is quick and simple, if you have any problems you will spend a lot of work for Skyscanner to help you!

Hi, due to Covid I’m unable to use my flight I had booked for April. The Western Australian govt has banned unessential travel till June 30. I booked through Skyscanner in January and have tried to get in touch with Tavel2be and travelgenio to change the flight. There is no email address or phone number that can help. I’m not after a refund just flight change. I hope someone can help me.. the airline Qantas will not assist as it was booked through a third party through Skyscanner.
My wife booked flights 5 months ago through skyscanner but doesn’t know what company was used to make booking. She has been trying to contact someone in regards to cancelling or postponing trip (which is today actually Kalgoorlie-Melbourne return) due to the Covid 19 and only essential travel allowed here as borders are closing etc. Who can she contact in view of this...
What happens if she does not go...Will she still receive a refund or credit seeing as she has been trying for 2 weeks to contact someone.
It is a Virgin Australia domestic flight.
