Sleep City Sensor

Good – Great but no good with a lump in the middle..... What do we do to improve this as it is becoming uncomfortable. It has been fantastic and very comfortable but 12 months on it appears to have a huge lump in the middle??? The lump in the middle

Terrible – Very disappointed in Sleep City's after sales service. Beware of them and think twice about purchasing anything from them and then trying to claim on a warranty, especially if you are outside the metropolitan area, we have had no satisfaction in trying to get them to even view our mattress without us paying a huge amount of money for a service call with no guarantee that they will do anything to rectify the situation in the end. I note they no longer sell sensor beds. Good for first 12 months. Like other reviews then got lump in middle now 2.5 years on it has a huge indentations where you sleep, even rotating the bed weekly. Sleep City Warranty a joke, they are not interested at all even though it is supposed to have 10 year warranty. The amount of wear is not consistant with a bed that cost over $2000 in 2 years usage. Will NEVER buy anything from Sleep City again, their warranty is not worth the paper its written on.
