Sleep & Co Memory Foam Mattress

No issues. Very comfortable. Quick delivery. Great deal – The mattress and bed base arrived quickly and in very good order. They were also delivered by TNT and the boxes were undamaged. The bed base had three layers of cardboard around it. Quick and easy to put together. Fun to watch the mattress inflate. Nice and comfortable. Good communication from the company. 5 stars - happy to recommend them. Our experience is the complete opposite of the other review on this site.

Be Very Careful – This company provide no telephone number nor address. We purchased a memory foam mattress at $899.00, from sleep & co online on 6 March 2018. The product was delivered on 9 March 2018. Upon delivery the courier left the product at the truck and instructed me to have a look first as the product was opened and obviously damaged. I refused to take possession of the product because it was open and it was supposed to be vacuum packed and would expand if opened which it didn't so it was damaged or faulty.

Sleep & co list no telephone number or address so we contacted them via email on the same day and provided photos taken at the courier's truck.

I was contacted with a "Unknown Number' and threatened that certain actions would be taken against us if we made any bad reviews in regards to sleep & co. We were also told that we wouldn't be refunded.

According to tnt couriers the product was returned and delivered to sleep & co.

Although we made a complaint trough Paypal we did not receive a refund and as this company have no phone number nor address our hands are tied even though Paypal informed us we are eligible to a full refund.

sleep & co list many positive reviews on their web page but we find it impossible to actually leave a review.
