No way this baby is going back – What a wonderful company I unfortunately got delivered a damaged in transit matress and had the good sense not to accept it. Once the delivery driver had left I rang the company who were nothing but supportive and acted quickly to get me a replacement alas two weeks from order date to delivery but so worth the wait. Communication was great with a phone call from the company letting me know when the replacement had left the factory and was on its way, fantastic can't fault them in any way.

The Sleep Therapy mattress has replaced a very expensive Captain Snooze Mattress that has turned out to be a total dud, of which I will be writing a review on also. This Sleep Therapy mattress has releived back pain and hip ache that had plagued me for several months while using the other mattress. I also ordered a chiropractic pillar from them of which I am also very happy with. I will be ordering one for my daughter also when we get her new bed. Have told everyone how happy I am about my purchase hope I am just as happy in several months but am sure I will be as there is no springs to misalign and the foam is of the highest quality. Beds are such personal things but after the amount I tried in store in comparison to this one I know I have made the right choice and in all honesty I may have not chosen this one after a 10-30 minute lie down the company has it right a try before you buy. Cant say enough about it. Brilliant price for a brilliant result Dont use the opener for the plastic unfortunately the pick side caught the mattress and left a tear in the cover
