company tried to rope me in to paying $70 for someone to come and inspect the problem, what a joke. I refused to pay it. Had someone come out and tell me that yep they can for sure see that the mattress is dipping on both sides but sorry we can't fix or replace because it's caused by your base, when I told them that we had purchased this base because we thought the base that we originally purchased with it was the problem and that it started doing this BEFORE we used this new base he basically said that nope, it's the base I'm using now that is causing it, so yeah I'm a liar apparently. Just stay away from this company if you want a reliable company with quality products, you're looking in the wrong place.

Cant we have ZERO stars!! – We bought a sleepeezee mattress (not sure if it was Eco Latex) but it lasted 2.5 years before it collapsed. repair report so the bed is like new. Rubbish. I have told them that this is not the case and that I want it replaced. We shall see what happens! Will never recommend Sleepeezee or Bev Marks. Spent the most money ever on a bed and it is the worst we have ever bought.

Never buying another Sleepeezee mattress! – Terrible - is the only word to describe this. I bought a queen size mattress and base from Bedshed for $950 in October 2014. out and have a look at it, but I couldn't take time off work to be there. After the inspection, I got a call and the guy who looked at my mattress reckons he couldn't find anything, even though he was a 100kg man and laid on the mattress from one side to the other and found nothing.

I said to him, you can feel the springs shifting when you're in the middle of the bed and sit up. But he said when he saw my mattress, he thought it was in such good condition, he thought it was brand new. And if I wasn't happy, he can come back, take it away, and open it up and look at it internally but if nothing was wrong, they'd put it back together and return it to me as is. I thought "no way - you can't find a glaring problem when you're on my bed, no way am I going to send my mattress off to you clowns!"

$70 spent for someone to tell me nothing is wrong with my mattress, even though I'm the one who sleeps in it every night?? I now have to sleep to one side, and am hoping Bedshed can come to the party and help me. $950 spent for 17 months of use - pathetic!! Run by a bunch of cowboys.

contouring, ohh ok I think, funny that I have never owned a bed in all my 40 years of sleeping on one that body contours like that !!!!

Do not buy this product - They will only give you the run around, the warranty is a useless piece of crap and for any bedding store out there, I would advise against stocking this, they are crap, and worse still the sales reps treat you like a halwit! Oh that isn't faulty, that's the first thing they will say, and its just your natural body contour! If I hear that word once more!!!!!!!!!!!

Pillow top sleepeeze mattress queen – Purchased our mattress from Forty Winks Caboolture and were told that this mattress has a memory. one of us should sleep in the middle until the hump goes down. What an useless response. The mind boggles as to where they get these ideas from.

Incidentally the first time they took it away and supposedly put a firmer top on it. Did they? It didn't make any difference at all.

We wouldn't recommend buying any Sleepeeze matresses. The 10 year warranty is useless.

Faulty Sleepeeze beds – purchased QB and KSS mattresses and bases with 10 year warranty. KSS collapsed on the sides and one would roll off bed if not sleeping directly in the middle.Contacted retailer Bedshed who followed it up with manufacturer. return. Pointed out Qld warranty laws - so fee waived. Mattress inspected, collected and supposedly repaired. within a week of mattress return, noticed sides bulging so the repair would not last. Contacted sleepeezee and they requested I email photos which I did. Got reply from the rep. and was told that the mattress was sat on too much which was causing the collapsed sides and that mattresses are not meant to be sat on. Would like to know how one is to get into bed - hover on from above bed? Warranty not worth the paper it's written on. The KSS bed is faulty product and should have been replaced with an other NOT repaired.Was told that these mattresses not made any more. A product with a 10 year warranty should last at least half the warranty time. DO NOT RECOMMEND SLEEPEEZEE mattresses and will never buy products from this manufacturer again.

Sleepeezee beds – We brought a Sleepeezee queen bed from Bedshed which sinks in the middle which they replaced with exactly the same product and exactly the same problem. Sleepeezee say there's nothing wrong with it yet a new mattress which when you slept on fit you roll into a hole isn't correct. Have had a guts full of this company and Bedshed who sell a product they don't support, absolute crap.

No warranty – When the mattress was first purchased it appeared to be a good product. However, after a short while I noticed it starting to fail. It has been replaced once but the company are refusing to replace it a second time. Not value for money. Having problems with the product and the company will not honour the warranty. Is an ongoing problem. A known faulty produce that the supplier refuses to fix and notify consumors.
