A dangerous mattress – The mattress was fine for the first year after which we noticed sagging on both sides and I started to suffer from back pain which became very extreme. Initially I visited the Dr. and X-rays did not indicate anything to explain such pain. I was given exercises to do which gave no relief. Then we visited our daughter and slept on an old mattress in the spare room. Almost instantly the back pain was relieved and a good nights sleep achieved. Sleepmaker very professionally removed the mattress for repairs and it was returned some days later. Unfortunately the problem still exists and the mattress is not fit for purpose. Sleepmaker have agreed to inspect it again but at our cost should no fault be found!! I feel that the springs have lost their tensile strength over a short period of time allowing the surface to sag and failing to support the weight. I have asked them to clarify if the inspection will include an analysis of the springs and await their reply. In the mean time we have had to purchase an alternative mattress to sleep on.

Sleepmaker agreed to reinspect the mattress at their cost and have now reported that no fault was found. They supplied a loaner mattress while carrying out the inspection which did not cause such extreme back pain. We have told them we don't want the mattress back as it is not possible to sleep on it and not fit for purpose. We feel that we purchased the mattress in good faith at a substantial cost and that we have been deceived.

mattress sinking after 2 years – i have bought a mattress chiro 300 or on the mattress it is written as miracoil and paid $2400 but after 2 years, both sides of the bed is sinking and causing bad pains to both of us. We have done our due diligence to turn the bed around every 3 months but it does not help. I have tried your website to contact someone but all the message left unanswered and the chat is always unavailable. This is very disappointing for such a big brand who takes no responsibility aftercare and i hope through this platform, i will be heard and action can be done. As this is causing us sleepless night due to the back problem, i am writing in to return and refund as we did not sign up for problem and even spend the extras for something we thought is good for the back but end up causing more pain. We know this is the mattress problem because we have recently went oversea and our back pain is gone because we have been sleeping on other beds. After we return and back to our own bed, the problem starts again. Please direct me to someone who can assist with this.
