Absolute junk, don't buy this product – This mattress started showing signs of sagging after 6 months, after 18 months got to the point of being so sagged it has been causing aches and pains and it is not possible to get a restful nights sleep. Also the warranty claim process is ridiculous!! As instructed on the sleepmaker website I contacted the retailer first, it took 4 weeks for the retailer to forward my email with photos (as required for the claim) to sleepmaker and a further 18 days for sleepmaker 'the comfort group' to finally contact us. Their solution is to pick the mattress up to be repaired and leave a loan mattress for us to sleep on in the meantime - gross!!! Now trying to get refund from retailer, not expecting this will be straight forward or swift as the person you need to talk to is always magically not in when you call.
