Spend your money elsewhere – Iv had my Dakota king from Harvey Norman just over a year, I’m single and rotate it monthly, it has developed sagging on both sides and the edge support from a few weeks in was never good, I have actually rolled out of it a few times, I have a very good supported base and when sitting in the side, the mattress compresses so much my butt is sitting on the exterior bed frame, I wouldn’t recommend this mattress to anyone. Show details

After 3 weeks, I was not able to sleep on this mattress and started sleeping on our 7 years old mattress that is very much better than this piece of 'Art'

I reported this issue to the seller as soon as we become aware of it but after 2.5 months of follow ups and wasting lot of my time , supplier took the mattress and now gave me "good" news that mattress will be fixed, although I am not happy to use a matters that cant go for a few weeks.

I am not happy about the the quality of mattress and a response from SleepMaker about repairing the mattress instead of replacing it with a good quality alternative

From 3rd Week of getting this mattress, we are using our 7 years old but much better mattress

Heat retention – I purchased the firm double and I don't know what type of foam they used in the mattress but it is so hot. The heat retention is terrible. developed a hole in the side i sleep and also the other mattress for a family member is going the same way. It is a definate hole, i tried sleeping on the other side of the mattress but kept sliding back now i have alot of back and neck pain when i am lying on it and during the day and i have taken to sleeping in my mothers room on her back which is alot firmer maybe this doesnt happen to others i dont know and i did have this concern when i bought the mattress as i have seen other mattresses develop sleeping holes through friends of mine and i avoided those particular brands. I was replacing a Sleepmaker Dream maker mattress which i have slept on for 30 years and loved i dont like making comments like this but i was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue with the Plush model only.

Mattress is what we experienced in the store now. comfortable. But there is much more partner disturbance than what we found in the store. There appears to be less support for the hips than what we found in the store. I don't know what to do because returning it is onerous but it's not the product we experienced in the store.

REGRETFUL PURCHASE – Not plush like the one I tried. Worst sleep ever as it puts pressure back onto my shoulders and I have to pay to send it to be inspected. Delux plush what a joke. Show details

Dakoka – 3 months after having a firm king. body confirmation became bad. massive lump in the middle of the bed. 6 months on and we hate it, already feels soft. We have complained to sleepmaker and they basically say its normal. they can inspect it but we have to pay transport for it to be inspected. this mattress is a waste of money.
