Every page states "EASY RETURNS FOR 7 DAYS!". Beware - I attempted to return a poster that arrived not as I expected and they refused. The poster was both not the quality or size I expected. They have a hidden away FAQ page which states the printed size is smaller than the paper you are ordering. But unless you go hunting they do not make it obvious when ordering. In addition they also questioned "So, why did you want a larger print if you weren’t happy with the quality?" No where on their site do they say their print quality is not sharp. We have ordered a number of posters from much cheaper sites where the quality has been higher and they also fill the page completely. Had I known I would have never engaged their service

However, I believe there are some inaccuracies in your representation of the events. You mentioned that I initially "admitted I didn’t read the sizing," which is not entirely accurate. I was unaware of the discrepancy in sizing because the crucial information was not prominently displayed on the product page. It was only found in a hidden FAQ, which is not a standard practice for e-commerce.
Secondly, your statement that "the customer’s review does not accurately reflect the situation" is misleading. I stand by my review. The quality of the print was not as expected, and the sizing issue was a significant disappointment. Your response seems to focus on the sizing issue while downplaying the quality concern, which was a primary reason for my dissatisfaction.
Lastly, I am pleased that I was able to resolve the issue through a credit card chargeback. This process allowed me to avoid the confusing and unsatisfactory return policy you have in place. Your return policy did state "Easy returns for 7 days!," but it appears that the conditions for a return were not as straightforward as advertised. Thankfully you have changed this wording.
In conclusion, while I appreciate your clarification, I believe my original review accurately reflects my experience at the time. I hope that in the future, you can make your sizing and quality information more transparent to avoid similar issues for other customers. I won't be coming back...

9/4/25 - Customer Email to Smart Artists Memorabilia: This poster has turned up but whilst the paper size is what was advertised the printed area is much smaller at only 49cm x 34cm. Can this be reprinted at the full size?
10/4/25 - Smart Artists Memorabilia Response: We completely understand that online purchases can sometimes be tricky, especially when it comes to sizing. However, we do include all sizing details including exact measurements for the print, image, and frame in the product listing and on our FAQs external link clearly to help avoid any surprises.
10/4/25 - Customer Email to Smart Artists Memorabilia: I would like to return the print - it states on your website that "Easy returns for 7 days!". It is within 7 days so would like to do just that as it is not what I was expecting including quality of the print.

Our 7-day return policy is in place to allow for exchanges in the rare case a customer isn’t satisfied with the quality of their item. Since you're happy with the product quality but unhappy with sizing and the order was fulfilled exactly as described, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange in this case.

10/4/25 - Customer Email to Smart Artists Memorabilia: I would have accepted the quality if the print was the size that was stated on the ordering page and not hidden away on a faq page. However it is not a great quality print AND it is printed smaller than the paper size. I also ordered based on the easy return policy that is stated on the page. There is no where on the site that I can find where it states this is only "in the rare case a customer isn’t satisfied with the quality of their item". I am NOT satisfied with the quality of the item so I would like to return for a refund.
TO BE NOTED: While the Customer now mentions quality, this is his fallback argument after initially admitting he didn’t read the sizing and then wanted to exchange for a larger print.
