The installation went smoothly; the installer -Cedric, was professional, thorough, and ensured everything was clean afterward. Some features of the battery were unclear to me initially, but the SLA tech support team patiently guided me through them.

Since installation, my home hardly draws any energy from the grid. The system is so efficient that I’m only utilizing about 35–40% of the generated & stored energy, allowing me to confidently plan for an EV and replace my gas ducted system with air conditioning. If I could give this company negative 20 stars, I would: honestly. This company has caused me so much stress with their ineffective, ineffectual, and unscrupulous practices. The company just wasted time and then sent me an email which contained an agreement sentence: I did not understand they needed me to agree to the charge and didn’t pick up the email until after COB, although they had my number, they didn’t follow up with a call to seek my agreement. This is totally unacceptable and this company needs to be removed as a service provider. I will be moving this matter into litigation and encourage other consumers to not engage with this company unless they are prepared to be completely stressed out by their poor communication skills and desire not to service the units they provide.

The battery perform flawlessly and defiantly suits our needs. It did take from June to September to be installed. My out of pocket contribution was required before the battery was delivered. by a factor of 10. EG 2 cement sheets at $440 +gst 2 cement pavers and sand $300 + GST and 2 bollards at $440 + GST. I have challenged these charges and have yet to hear back from them. While installing the cables in my fuse box, the wires for my light circuit were dislodged and I required an external electrician to repair this. I live in Bendigo and the technicians that installed my battery were from Melbourne.
