SMEG Extra gas on burner – SMEG oven and cook-top looks the part looks but lacks engineering, when SMEG supply to the market gas burner that crossfires and pops to the inner burner when they are both turned on makes me wonder if any tests are carried out on their designs. I have been assured that there are no safety issues with the popping noises and that the fault has been rectified with the burners on later models, mine JBHF Oct 2016 (makes me feel good knowing that).
Wake up SMEG this makes you look like amateurs, come up with a fix.

I replied to SMEG at steve.cullen@smeg.com.au with an outline of the problem with my contact details now a month later and had no reply at all, reinforces my original view on Smeg and there service, poor product and poor service.
