Worst Product I've ever bought and Smeg support even worse. I can only tell you by my experience personally, I like other thought that a good brand and high price means good product. I was completely wrong. Glass fell out of door within the first 2 years. Element in Oven fell off on top of a cooking pork almost starting a fire. This oven was cleaned regularly and even got professional cleaners in periodically and they blamed this badly made product on the customer. Easy out choosing profit over safety of it's customers. Been months back and forth and still no resolution. Now I'm just being ghosted by their support completely.
