6 months out of warranty and motor gone. Would not waste your money. No help with trying to get fixed as only 2 year warranty. So much for quality, never again

Long Term Review and Problems faced – Long Term Review and Problems faced - 2 year review for a SMEG Dishwasher i purchased in Mar-22. Model - DWA6214B2 Broke down 3 times in span of 2 years. All internal component failure (no physical damaga / misoperation from my end). 1. Power Switch component failed 2. Drainage pump component failed 3. Again the switch component failed Each time the turn around time from reporting to full resolution is atleast 4 weeks and 2 technician appointment. Meaning I'm washing dishes with hands for a large family for atleast 3-4 weeks.
Luckily covered under 5 year warranty, but it would have been a costly affair to keep this dishwasher.
I'm asking for a full replacement of this model with other newer model, but kept on hold on phone for last 30 mins from Smeg with no response.
