Smile on Clinics

Lovely helpful ladies on front end but I find the customer care to be very superficial and extremely disappointing. I made an appointment for a "Free" consult on 26th August with a very nice Irish dentist. It included a CBCT scan but they did not have a lead apron and I declined to have one due to the high amount of radiation this particular type of scan puts out. I was told a lead apron could be brought from Taree for my next appointment. So, I made another appointment for 2nd September. Still no lead apron but this time I took my own lead collar. The machine was not angled correctly and touched my shoulder so I had to have it again plus an OPG scan. That was 3 scans in less than 20 minutes!! The dentist looked at the scans and said he wouldn't be doing the work it would go to the owner but he made no mention of what I wanted done and only provided me with an approx verbal quote to have a full set of dental implants in my top jaw. That is not what I wanted! When I was leaving the receptionist asked me for $99.00 and I told her I had been advised it was a free consult. I was told if it was just for one implant there was a consult fee. I said I required at least 10 implants top and lower jaw and I did not pay the fee. I followed up with an email on 5th September for my quote and never received a reply.
I am now having all the dental work I require including bone grafting and implants done somewhere else that has discussed and evaluated my scans and has already started my implants in his rooms
