These guys are amazing. When I first looked into setting up an SMSF it seemed complicated. But the Wizard did everything for me. I answered their questions in one email and they did the rest. I mostly dealt with Lisa and Shari, and every time I’ve had a question they have been so friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re looking to set up an SMSF I highly recommend SMSF Wizard!

The real-time app is great for checking balances anytime, and their fixed fees keep things affordable. The team explains everything simply. No jargon. Highly recommend for anyone starting an SMSF!

I was looking for a company who could help me set up an SMSF, I did some research and reached out to SMSF Wizard. From the initial inquiry to setting up my SMSF they were very professional, gave excellent advice and strategy which saved me a considerable amount of tax. Their fees are above the market rates, but I still agreed to pay based on my initial impressions of the firm, but as soon as the fee was paid, they completed ghosted me, stopped taking my calls or return them, stopped responding to my emails. They kept telling me that my returns will be filed in time, but it took them 7 months from the time I provided them all the documents, to file my returns. I had to raise formal complaints to tax practitioner board to get these guys to do the job that I had hired them to do in the first place. There are so many reputable firms out there, please do your research and stay away from SMSFWizard.

rollover more of my super into the bank account THEY set up for me. They were well and truly aware that I would be buying bitcoin. Turns out that the account THEY set up for me with Macquarie bank no longer allows you to transfer money to any coin exchanges. They never told me this and made out that they had just been made aware of it. After researching I discovered that Macquarie Bank had not allowed this for a few months. Not once did SMSF Wizard advise me of this. They charged me over $500 to fill in a form and then basically ignored me when I asked for help. Worst service I have ever had. DO NOT USE THEM....
