Zero communication Zero service – Purchased a Regent van in Oct 23 for a promised and written arrival in May 24. Zero communication or information from the now SRCT formally Regent Traralgon. We personally instigated contact in April to find the van would not be arriving until August. If this is pre delivery service I dread what the after sales service or lack of will be.
