Tough Headphones – These headphones are getting a 5 star rating purely because shortly after purchasing them, I put them through the washing machine as they were in the pocket of a pair of shorts. I thought I'd have to throw them away, but they still worked perfectly despite the wash! Show details

Very decent for price – Just got this from JB hifi on a discount (October 2019) for everyday use. There's above average sound and volume, and it feels comfortable. There are different earbud sizes too, which is handy. The main thing is that it's very good value at this price - not too pricey that when you feel bad if it breaks down a few months down the track! Didn't last a month – The volume is fab but the speaker is so big that none of the 3 sizes fit my ear, so I can't do any activity wearing them. Only had them a month and the left ear does not produce sound anymore. This product hasn't even got earphone basics right. Thought I'd treat myself to good headphones but I'm sorely disappointed and actually quite ticked off at the waste of money.  Show details

These headphones (the ones I bought anyway) only have one button, so no volume control. And the plastic case of the headphone itself is quite sharp, making the earbuds uncomfortable if the casing comes in contact with my ear. Needless to say now, I use these only when I need to, or for phone calls. I've also learned to insert them in such a way to avoid the sharp casing.

I've since bought some other wireless headphones which I much prefer whenever home.

Good sound but didn't last long – Sound quality was decent for the price with good bass, but they're not the most comfortable to wear and don't feel very well made. One bud stopped working after a few months despite being well looked after. Overall I'd expect a $40 pair of headphones to at least last a little longer than 3 months.  Show details

Pretty good lacks strong bass – Good value for money falls behind beats by dre on the fact it seriously lacks bass - would probally save for dre once these break - bought from JB HIFI. Would be cooler if they came in more colours or designs. Fall out of ears quite easily which is super annoying.  Show details

Unfortunately my housemate vacuumed the earphones up, they barely survives, one side works but the other doesnt with a little bit of exposed wire near the microphone. I'm actually amazed that both the microphone and right earpiece still work and I still use them anyway.

They're a great pair of affordable (higher end) earphones and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't wanna spend a fortune but wants something better than average!

Good not that bad – the Sol jax are pretty good, its not to expensive at all. The bass on the earphone is really good. The earphone has mic & volume control. The product lasted for around 1 yr for me until the wire got cut. I think the bad quality of the product will be the wire.  Show details

Great bass earphones – These have to some of the best earphones i have ever purchased. The bass comes out very strongly and i love the 3 button feature to rewind and forward tracks with on the go. The mic isn't the greatest but it gets the job done and has a massive cord length  Show details

Good sound, no comfort – I found the sound of these earphones to be great, especially compared to some of the other earphones I've used. But, the sound would be even better if they would actually stay in my ears without constantly falling out. The left earphone is cracked due to falling out when I'm out in public, also a few times I almost stepped on them because of that.
