Solace Saunas

The product is fantastic, the service is disgraceful. We ordered 2 saunas and went with this company as they had the best turnaround for delivery, then we hit delay after delay. They kept making promises and then not deliver, they then offered discounts and free products that we never received. Still havent received the cleaning equipment after months of calls and emails. They just dont bother to get back to you once they have your money. I would not recommend the company at all, get your sauna elsewhere if you want any customer service. Dissapointing experience
