applications for government and federal rebates, which made the whole process completely stress-free. The installation team were great too — they got straight to work, no messing around, and once everything was up and running they connected the system to my WiFi and walked me through the app so I could see exactly how much power my panels were generating and how it’s being used through my inverter and battery.

It’s been such a smooth and professional experience from start to finish, and I’d absolutely recommend Solaire Connect to anyone looking to save on electricity bills without the sales pressure.

I just wanted specs & prices - was not interested in the sales pitch – I was doing my research as I've had solar in the past but have a new house so needed to investigate all the new options out there as its been 6 years since i last got solar. Asked for a spec sheet & prices to be sent to me as i didn't need the sales pitch. They will not send the info unless they come out to you and give the sales pitch as they don't want their competitors to get the information. Ok lost a possible sale.

Quick, Easy, Painless AC Install – Solaire connected through a tradie hire app and managed to install our new, replacement aircon within 10 days, instead of the 4-6 weeks quoted elsewhere. Installer was early, thorough and professional. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Poor Backup – Company very helpful before purchase but could not offer an inverter with a visual display panel of performance info. Installation staff were great. Inverter connected by WiFi once then never again. Took ages to get any suggestions to fix problem back up from company and the info did not solve problem. They have never answered my messages since and never got back to me with a quote for my place in Manjimup.

Great product, terrible installation and service – I had a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system installed on 30/11/2015. The installer was too lazy to do a proper job and just stuck the waste pipe into the old evaporative system's drain pipe with a bit of silicone around the joint. fix the leak, and they have sprayed the ceiling with mould killer, after I continually nagged them and finally threatened to go to Consumer Protection. But for two weeks I've heard nothing from them. Today (16/3/2016) I bit the bullet and lodged a complaint with Consumer Protection.
