The overall process was smooth and professional, and the battery installation itself was completed to a high standard. The team clearly knew what they were doing and handled the installation professionally. However, there were a couple of issues with the finish. The packaging boxes were left behind, and some holes were left unfilled despite being told they would be taken care of. These concerns were raised, but unfortunately there has been no resolution.
A great installation overall, but attention to these final details and follow-up would make the service much better.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Solar 365! Solar 365 did a fabulous job installing our solar panels here in GERALDTON. They travelled all the way from PERTH and delivered top-notch service — at half the price of other quotes we received. We’re extremely happy with the value and the outcome. Roger from the Solar 365 team was fantastic to deal with — professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. Big thanks to him and the crew for making it happen.
Just one small suggestion: please remind your team to be a bit more careful when walking on tile roofs. Other than that, everything was spot on. Highly recommended!
