Jason at Solar & Batteries Online came to our rescue! Our installer had trouble sourcing batteries and other components leading up to the end of the full federal rebate program. They reached out to all the suppliers and no one had stock so I put out a request on Facebook. Jason got in touch and was able to help out, going above and beyond, to make sure we have our batteries in time for the install tomorrow. Absolutely fantastic service and definitely recommend them to anyone needing their products and services.

Average customer service experience. I ordered a SolarEdge EV charger online in early July 2025. After placing the order, I was informed the item wasn’t actually in stock (despite the website showing availability). I was told in writing that my order was confirmed and the charger would be available around the end of August. I waited patiently for about 5 weeks before following up, only to then be told the device had been discontinued and was no longer available. The main issue was the complete lack of communication from the company—no updates or notice that the product had been discontinued until I reached out myself.

This leaves me to assume that my order was never actually placed in the first place.

we live off grid, and for some reason our batteries started to fail, so after some research we came across a company on eBay named Lanplus Australia pty ltd. 2 of the batteries that we ordered would not charge or hold a charge the company honored there agreement and sent out replacement batteries checked and fully charged for us. these batteries cost approx. $700 each with shipping we use 6volt batteries 420amph, as we have a 24volt system which needs 4 per bank and we have 3 banks. i would highly recommend this company if your looking for any type of batteries they have a wide range of other products as well. well worth checking out

Helpful & Professional – After my dealings with another solar battery company (read my other posts on this), I had to obtain another battery to suit my needs. I found this company on google as they had the cheapest battery I could find, even with delivery add on…it was cheaper! I started talking with Jason who confirmed I was looking at the correct battery for my system, but Jason explained his company doesn’t install the battery. I then went on line to find someone who could fit it without success, I rang Jadon back and asked if he could recommend one so he offered to put out a request to the installers he deals with…this was successful (I’ll be writing another review on that company). Even though it took me more time than I wanted I would do it a lot quicker next time….this is why I’m writing the review. Once I ordered the battery Libby kept me notified and linked the installer directly with me….I had it installed with minimal fuss and highly recommend this company. Thanks so much Libby & Jason

Excellent to deal with – I recently had to upgrade my aging off-grid battery system. There is a mine field of information and suppliers out there, but not many who are happy to deal with someone who only want to purchase part of a system and install it myself. I ended up ordering 15kWh of lithium storage along with all the necessary components for the full upgrade. The end result being a modern off-grid system with remote access and the latest technology to make it all work amazingly. Very happy with their friendly service and delivery of everything within a few days of ordering.
