daytime when the sun is out and solar power is used for the hot water system they pushed me to get it done so that they can install in the November of 2015 when the second instalment was made in Ocktober 2025 and I asked what is the installatikn date they advised me they are waiting for my energy provider to give them the go ahead for installation and when pushed to find out how long ago they put in the request I found out it was the day I inquired about it, they promised 5th of Jan 2026 but later phoned to move it to the 8th of Jan and when I talked to the installation team found out they only open on the 7 th but told me they have someone booked in on the 5th so can only get to me the 7th . When the installation team arrived they could not put the panels where they promised and had to move it to other sides of the house and could only do 12.4 kw system now as all the panels does not fit on the roof even after moving it to all available sides, they proceeded to install the system and then not install the time switch for the hot water system, I asked them about it and was promised via email they will schedule it asap they sent a last invoice which was paid on the day of installation and from then on no one would awnser when I phone or email, all communication broken off, I am stuck with marks on my roof and have to get a sparkie to install the switch for hit water cylinder and they did not finish the work with my power supplier and the application lappsed and I have to pay again to have it sorted out!
Follow-up · There has still been no contact from the company and when I email or phone there is no response from them, the system performance is poor even on a very sunny day the system only generate around 9 KW 9100watts on the app ,of power per hour despite it being a 13.2 KW system of which 12.4 KW was installed with the 2 less panels, compared to a… Read more

have been repeatedly pushed back with no clear explanation. Now, the company has stopped responding to my emails and appears to have blocked my phone number. I have sent a formal Letter of Demand for a refund of my deposit. I have also lodged formal reports with WA Consumer Protection, the NETCC, and the ACCC. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious, as they have currently failed to deliver the service or return my funds.
Follow-up · Nothing has changed since original review. Original agreement was 2 months completion time but this kept getting pushed out till they stopped responding to emails and calls. The contract was signed and I paid by card online
Scam company do not use. Have taken mine and many other's deposit and have since skipped town. I repeat do not use or you will lose your deposit. Show details

the best I found. I received several quotes from other companies, but the personal touch and attention they provide to customers is unmatched. I initially wanted a battery system, but due to a battery shortage, they explained the situation clearly and installed the solar system for now. Once the batteries are back in stock, they will come back and install them. 100% recommended.
Happy with the quick follow ups instant replies and best price. The installation was a bit delayed, but even during the busy end-of-year period, I still got my system installed. Really happy with the service and detailed answers from the sales team.
