i have a system installed by this company, it has had issues from day one and after multiple visits it is still not functioning correctly, they are now trying to avoid fixing the battery issue and this is after they put a surge thru the home destroying many electrical items, the manager had tried to tell me it is working properly when the system trips out every 3 hours and has no back up power... i would not recommend this company.

Not happy – Was told during installation that we could only have a certain number of panels because the government did not want to put the retailers out of business. I still do not have a monthly report to tell me the benefits I am making from solar and battery. My electricity bill is still around what is was before, $180.00 a month. You would think by now the mega rich Elon Musk would be able to afford a monthly report of how your solar panels and battery system is helping you to embrace cheap electricity. My installer blames Ausnet for not suppling a certificate for the number of solar panels I wanted to make mine an effective system. But now I cannot find out if my system is actually performing. The App that tells you what is happening instantly is useless to interrogate the effectiveness of the system.
