One of the worst and most expensive experience ever. Several years ago I had 26 panels installed by another company and it was amazing. I was over a thousand dollars in energy credit and growing so decided on getting a battery. Paid for and installed, then my credits started dwindling. Sales person kept calling me to say that my panels were not working. In less than 10months, I was paying bills again. Moved house and had Solar Green Aust. instal 30 panels and a battery to my new home and relocate the original battery here too Making payments for 4 months before installation was complete and the electrician showed me that the first battery had NEVER been connected to the panels, only the grid. Compensation was spoken about but didn’t eventuate. Cash upfront as well as a huge loan. No Rebates and now I have found that the energy distributer has NOT received the paperwork for me to claim solar credits DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE

Solar system Fail--Solar Green Australia – Over 12 months ago we paid Solar Green Australia (not to be confused with the Queensland company Solar Green) $20,000 for the installation of solar rooftop panels and a battery system. The system has never worked properly. Although service people have come and made "repairs" the system has never worked. The battery has never stepped in instantly during power outages, as we were told it would. The monitoring system regularly says the system is faulty, but Solar Green Australia has to be told when the monitoring system was supposed to inform it of a fault automatically. Our power bills have not reduced substantially. So we have a long warranty but it's of no use when no one will honour it. Very disappointed and very much out of pocket.
