refused to refund the money for a non compatible part – I purchased a temperature sensor for my 6 month old hot water tank and find out that it's not compatible, the sensor goes inside the port for 5cm and stops. Basically they want it back with the original packaging and not opened otherwise they wont refund the money !! Show details

and the alternative of same brand, and explanation of how this alternative will fit and function perfectly without any modification. That was all I need since I have no clue on plumbing.

Order made Monday, received Thursday (a plus for during lockdown + interstate). Spent an hour to replace it by myself and now my solar hot water runs back seamlessly with the new pump! The thing that took time was moving electrical wiring from old to new one, everything else are exactly the same. It could be done under 10mins if I were not such a novice to solar water system.

focussed on supplying a solution to me rather that on payment and paperwork... that all came later!

I found their in-house plumber to be respectful, helpful, patient and supportive.

I was concerned about dealing with a Queensland company, but I found that the distance did not matter. All their plumber needed was my eyes to help with diagnosis of the problem and my hands that were capable of replacing the parts.

They are NOT a substitute for a plumber in all cases, but certainly when a suitable plumber is unavailable they are a company worth dealing with.
