When installed all three penatrations through my tiled roof leaked ,staining my ceiling .no problems after that untill i required some warrantee work ( faulty wifi dongle ) which i eventually fitted myself ,but still doesnt work ,( not compatable with old inverter ) After numerous phone calls, promises and emails since early november ( its now march)the problem has not been fixed under warrantee .THEY DO NOT HONOUR THERE WARRANTEE ! Show details

Improvement to build for us a new deck and awning roof and we're so glad we did! Van and his team are tireless workers who will stop at nothing to make their customers happy. They have transformed our backyard into an amazing space, with a beautiful new, low maintenance deck in ekodeck with a cool, breezy, flyover roof in 75mm insulated panels, complete with down lights! The transformation is really unbelievable! What was truly impressive, was that Van helped us identify and resolve a leak in our house roof (that was caused by another tradesman). Quick and easy fix – A problem came up with our inverter during the last lightning storm. I was told that the warranty claim would take two to three weeks and then someone would come out to fix our problem. It only took three days and the swap was quick too. Reliable Solar Company – We installed 5kw system 4 years ago, recently we found inverter shows faulty . We gave Solar Man Australia office a call . Emailed photos of Serial number of inverter , and error code on the inverter screen . Within a week . Electrician came and swap the inverter without any charge . So happy for the service . Deposit held without receipt and no refund – After paying a $500 deposit for a 5kw solar system we made some checks on how well it would work at our home. We were advised that shading of our home would prevent the system from working effectively. We therefore cancelled the contract but have never received a receipt for the deposit, let alone a refund. Our attempts to obtain either met with no response. Beware of any solar energy supplier but particularly this one.
