and supplied by Solar Merchant and I can say that it was a smooth process without any hiccup. Right from the beginning when I asked around for quotes, I had about 5 quotes from many suppliers. Unlike most dealers who really push to get your business, Mustafa from Solar Merchant simply asked what system would I like and he supplied all the materials I need to know about solar panels and inverter. He left me alone for a week to digest the information and whenever I have a question, I can ask him via email/mobile. After I selected the system and happy with the price, he then visited my house to sign contract, inspected the roof and provided a sketch of where the panels will layout on the roof. The installers were very professional, they installed the panels in just two mornings and when they finished, there were no mess around the roof nor the ground. As there are birds problems in my area, I bought solar skirt and Mustafa offer to install them at no extra cost. The whole installing process did not require me to stay at home, I simply left the gate open and when I got home installation finished. Mustafa also took care of all the paper work and applied to my electricity company to change to digital meter. As it was my first time dealing with solar panel installer, I cannot say Solar Merchant is the best. However, I can guarantee that Mustafa is a man of his words, he delivered what he promised in a timely manner, his installers were one of the best trade man I dealt with (all cable hidden in plastic tube, fasten to wall, joins were sealed by silicon...). I will not hesitate Solar Merchant to anyone who wants to install a solar panel.
