As with many of the other poor reviews, ordered, paid for but didn’t recieve. Company is uncontactable. They don’t return calls and email addresses on the website are greyed out and not readable. The email address on the invoice was contacted with no reply. How can this company be trading for years doing this and not be caught. In some ways my bad for not researching the reviews. SCAM, placed a order and paid, got a tracking number but Australia Post and Star Track says its just a label and nothing has been sent. I have emails all the addresses listed on there website and phoned the 3 differwnt 1300 numbers listed and they all go nowhere.... very disappointed, i have contacted scam watch, ACCC, Fair trading and my Bank. Show details

Don't buy from this company – Ordered a Junction Box online, didn't come. No tracking. Can't get in touch, answering system takes a message but no response. Online chat is a joke, just an email system, no response. Could be a scam.

ZERO after sales support – Be warned, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of if you have any issues after sale. Received my Trina solar panels – I recently purchased four Trina solar panels 395W. These panels are fantastic and look really well made. They were packed well on a pallet and wrapped for shipping. They also had plastic lugs in between the panels so the frames didn't scratch eachother during transport. Very professionally done. This is now my fourth order and I will continue to buy from these guys without hesitation. Show details

Terrible – I have had to go to my bank for a fraud enquiry. Solarshoponline have taken my money and not shipped any goods. They are uncontactable by phone or email. Phone number just rings out, emails unanswered. Worst experience with a aussie company ever. Possibly criminal.

Once you purchase you get zero support – Purchased a Solar Inverter from Solar Shop Online, then required some technical support. The 1300 number rings out, called a hundred times. are all just storage units, no shop front. So I believe they are pretending to be a bigger than what they actually are. Avoid like a plague.
