part.. waited a month they never got the part. Called tech, stated other customers had same issue. We called residentia, they stated they'd organize part to be sent directly to us. In the meantime washing machine sounded like it was gonna take off when on spin cycle and making a loud noise. Videoed and sent to them. Now in June and still no part sent and residentia keeps pushing for technician to be sent out. Absolute rubbish machine. Stay away from them

take ages to dry even in this summer heat. I don’t want to even think about my dryer power consumption in winter. The softener compartment doesn’t hold the liquid in, it drips directly onto the clothes (so wasteful). I’ve tried to contact the Good Guys gold member hub to get a resolution but they said i would be liable for the technician to come out and inspect. I’ve looked back at their website to find the Solt 9kg washer only to find they are no longer available, i wonder why!. Don’t buy this brand or from this place.
