Had cloths in for a hour and 40 min and they were still damp. Not over filled either. If you put sheets or doona covers in they roll up in a ball needed to open it every 10 min to spread the sheets out . Sooo annoying. Wouldn't recommend Show details
Follow-up · The clothes get hot but ball up. So they always end up in a ball. It does take quite abit of time to get hot. The link filter is very easy to clean. Yes very loud when running.
Imported by Residentia Group. Does not dry. Dripped water and damaged walls. Damaged the wall from excessive heat from the rear. The dryer leaked water into the power point causing circuit breaker to fall. OBVIOUSLY DANGEROUS. Furthermore it was so hot my wife burnt her hand. Advised Residentia Group and was told to first spin dry clothes in… Read more
high speed in my washing machine.
How ridiculous. In fact they were spun. Was advised space was too small. It is an open plan apartment. Other dryers I have had never had a problem.
We placed 2 towels into the dryer and took video. Towels had been spun.
What about when you hand wash? This dryer can't handle dryish clothes lol. Residentia Group treat their customers with contempt and belittling. Multiple emails straight from a script. I even asked if they were bots lol. Residentia Group failed to honour their warranty and wanted me to agree to pay a call out fee first which I refused.
Residentia Group WILL NOT HONOUR CONSUMER GUARANTEES SET BY LAW. THEY WANT YOU TO AGREE TO CALL OUT FEES.
Dryer was 7 months old. The Good Guys were fantastic even though Residentia Group would not refund but Good Guys were happy to help me. The Good Guys Bundall are fantastic.
Threw this piece of junk out and bought a reputable brand. NO ISSUES AT ALL NOW! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND AVOID !!!
Residentia Group pride they are an Australian company that design goods. In reality they are an importer of cheap Chinese products.
DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS MARKETED BY RESIDENTIA GROUP OUT OF MELBOURNE.
Brands are ESATO, SOLT, INATTO, OMEGA, ELICA

Hello , We hope you are well. We have reviewed this request regarding the dryer leaking Unfortunately, this is not a fault with the appliance and relates to how the dryer is used and the room in which it is installed. A traditional vented dryer works by drawing in air from the room, heating the air and "blowing" the air through the clothing inside the dryer drum, thus evaporating the water from the clothing. The condensation is then "blown" back out of the dryer and back into the room. This will of course cause ambient moisture outside the appliance. This moisture can build up on walls, tiles, the floor and other surfaces. This can be minimised by ensuring your laundry is well ventilated and doors and windows are open if possible when the dryer is in use. It may be possible for you to buy a suitable venting kit from a hardware store that would suit your appliance--this would vent the moist air from the dryer itself out a window or outside the laundry through a ducting kit. You may also consider how wet the clothes are when you place them in the dryer. As with all vented dryers, it's important clothing not be overly wet when placed in the drum. We would suggest ensuring clothing is be well spun within your washing machine to remove as much water content as possible. We would suggest trying to increase the spin speed on your washing machine to see if this resolves your issue.
Another consideration is that not all clothing types are suitable for use within vented dryers. In particular items of clothing which retain significant amounts of water- i.e. blankets, woollen items, etc. These should be hung out to dry naturally.
The last consideration is that the load size may be too big and the dryer is struggling to convert the moisture to steam. Try reducing the load size and ensure that it doesn't exceed the applicable weight of dry clothing for your appliance (4kg-7kg depending on your model).
I hope this helps to resolve your query. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are happy to help in any way we can.
Best Regards,
Nate

Keep looking – You would have more success blowing on your clothes to dry them. Half a load of washing still damp after over 2 hours in this dryer. Absolutely useless. Show details
Terrific for such a low price – For occasional use it does a great job. Small capacity at 4.5kg which is enough for a single person. Quiet, only one heat setting which is not too hot so doesn't shrink my cotton t-shirts. I use a couple of dryer balls which seems to stop items getting tangled up. Not a massive amount of airflow so I suspect overloading it would severely affect performance. Show details
Dries the clothes it doesn't mangle – Dries well for the price. Comes with wall mounting kit. The lint filter is very difficult to remove and clean and ruins any clothes with a drawstring or shoulder straps as they get stuck behind the filter and mangled. It's the worst design I've come across in a long time. Unless I'm doing something wrong or missing something, I would most definitely not reccomend. Show details
A small size dryer that suits my needs – I bought this machine yesterday as it is the smallest sized dryer available. I was looking for a small dryer for my holiday house. It works very well in the first round, but stopped to heat in the 2nd and 3rd round. After reading the instructions again, I think I need to reduce loads into the machine, although I believe my load is well below… Read more
4.5kg. Also it is better to put the heating time at least 40 minutes. Now it works fine. Quite happy to get a small dryer that does the same work as my 7kg dryer.
Decent affordable dryer – I bought this dryer almost 2 years ago, and I am very satisfied with my purchase, it was affordable at $600 from goodguys, it's also a condensed dryer so it won't steam up the laundry walls. I would still suggest to open the back door in the laundry because the dryer heats up the room. I put all my clothes and towels and bed covers in the dryer… Read more
and they all dry well. I love how it takes off all the lint and pet hair and leaves everything looking fresh and new. There are many different settings, from quick dry to mix and it also has a memory setting where you set a personalised setting and it will remember it so you dont have to redo it everytime you go to dry. It also has a anti crease function. Only thing I wouldn't recommend is putting any delicate clothing in the dryer, as I've seen some small holes in a couple of my tops, so I just leave delicate clothing out to dry on the clothing rack.
Great value for money easy to use does what it needs to do – Great for drying large items like blankets but also works great with delicate items like my new shirts good even on low settings which is great for reducing running costs Show details
Perfect compact dryer – I must admit I was a little hesitant buying a small dryer, but I don't have room for a full size version. But this compact unit exceeds my expectations. It might not have all the bells and whistles, but who really needs them drying clothes! The unit is surprisingly quiet (mine is wall mounted) and always dries my laundry perfectly and in a much… Read more
shorter time than expected given the wattage. Having had the "big brands" in the past, which generally always disappointed me, I have only praise for this dryer. Going strong for almost two years now.
Perfect size – This dryer fits on the wall above the washing machine in my small laundry very well. It holds 4.5kg of clothes and dries them perfectly. Good range of settings for the variety of fabrics I need to dry. Relatively quiet for a wall installed dryer.=, it could also be a free standing if a laundry has space. Good value price too.
