direct, who asked for a single technical reading to be taken, in order to confirm the malfunction. All Soltek had to do was send someone round to my house for half-an-hour, to take this one reading. It is now almost March and I am still waiting. Soltek’s terms and conditions state: “During the Guarantee Period, we will provide reasonable assistance to you in making any guarantee or warranty claim against the manufacturer of the System, including by acting as your liaison with the manufacturer.” Unfortunately, they have no intention of honouring their promise. All I have had from Soltek is eight months of empty promises and hollow excuses. Any warranty with Soltek is not worth the paper it is written on and I have now given up with them.

Paid deposit for battery/installation in June and am still waiting. They never contact me to tell me expected delivery and often ignore my requests for information. I still don't have delivery date (November)! Show reply

I woul love to give you zero stars but I can't! – One of the worst experience I have ever had. The technicians jammed the antella cable when they installed the solar panels. Then after less than 6 months the inverter was not working anymore and we waited for 2 months to be replaced and I just discovered when they drilled the tiles on the roof to install the brackets, they left some perforations on them and now my ceiling is leaking.....

hesitation. There's no spin, no nonsense, just quality solutions at the right price. I always believe you get what you pay for and in this case I didn't mind paying more for a very high quality system which after a year has delivered great savings on my energy costs. I was so pleased that I returned to Soltek after 6 months and purchased a battery, which in the warmer months powers my house almost the whole night once the sun goes down.

other companies did. Once I made a decision I organised a home visit and finalised my solar. All my questions were answered patiently. Once I had decided the install turn around was very quick. The installation was done in a high quality and clean way. I feel safe that the company that has been around for years with such a high quality product that if anything ever does go wrong I know they will still be in business and only a phone call away. existing and future usage. This is the biggest difference I found with all the other installers, who were pushing me to go for higher KW system which would have been an overkill for my usage. There were no surprises on the day of the installation, which went really smooth. The installation team was friendly and respectful.
