Took over 6 weeks just to get the system installed. They delivered 18 panels & 2x10kw batteries. We only needed 15 (installed 12) & a 10kw battery. Then had the hide to want to charge us for the extra battery we didn't ask for. The saleswoman doesn't return calls when she says she will & when she does dribbles incoherent cr#p. Still waiting for the electrician to come & explain why the excess power ISN'T going into the grid, what app to install & set up too monitor the battery. Weeks later we still have 6 panels & rails waiting for them to pick them up. They were however quick to want to be paid when they were finally installed. We're in regional Vic & I think that's a big part of their problem - distance.
Follow-up · We've now contacted them 4 times since my review for a follow up visit to answer questions. To date, 16-01-26, they have still not returned my calls. They have till 1 pm, Monday 19-01-26 to be here - then I call consumer affairs.

Installed panels and inverter. No end to end customer service. Panels sold to a 70 year old with limited English AND knowledge about Solar panels. They took the money and installed them ( how can we assess that process when we have no idea!) and then left mum for over two months without confirming that the change over had occurred. I called Energy and Water Ombudsman who suggested i call Consumer affairs as the issue was with Solution Solar - the installers. they came around yesterday and were on the phone for 20 mins, said that it had progressed and things would be fixed by tonight. No change. i am trying to call them but no answer. They have sent a link to my mum which is difficult to understand due to the complexity of the instructions. She is overwhelmed. Crap service.
Nice and easy Installation process – Happy with Solar expert explanation and service of Installation. Also admin team provide a very professional and quick installation service . So definitely recommend to every one for Install Solar system and start reducing electricity bill.

Company will not respond – System installed 5/3/2021 and then took 3 weeks and several calls for inspector to sign off. No compliance certificate issued, April inverter kept going off so started calling company no return calls. Emailed no response, left messages on mobile no response. Some one from company called in Nov to see how happy we were with product explained all of above to him, he was going to get it checked, still nothing happened, began calling constantly until 14/12/21 when a representative came to property and said they did not believe us and with out proof nothing would be done , so every day we began sending photos of system fault, still nothing. System goes on and off when it feels like it, sometimes it will reset but other times it just will not. It has now began staying off for days at a time and then just comes back on on its own. Still nothing from company yet they said they had organised an electrician. Have asked management to call but they do not. Have another system installed that is 11 years old and not once has that ever caused an issue. So please be aware if you use this company they will not correct a faulty product. Attached photo shows just how faulty this has been, this is just part of contact to company. Please be aware of who you have install solar panels.
