This company is an absolute scam stay clear by all means. Ordered a cat enclosure from them. Upon opening and putting the product together I have had issue after issue. literally just breaks and chips apart continuously, latches not even meeting properly, doors not shutting properly, windows scratched, doesn’t sit properly and wobbles even after putting sturdy bricks the whole way underneath to keep it stable, nothing connects properly, measurements incorrect, product supposed to be painted with something to protect it (they don’t tell you what) and it definitely is not, my partner is a painter and it definitely does not have anything on the wood. Got in contact with the company with photos proof and they tried to tell me I was wrong and said it is ‘within their accepted quality standards’. Please explain to me how a damaged product that doesn’t even close properly nor stand properly and isn’t as explained on the website, is quality standards? They then proceeded to tell me I could return it but I’d have to pay shipping, mind you the product was over $1000 and shipping originally to get it here was $333. This company is absolutely disgusting and not only are the products horrible, the customer service isn’t any better, offered no help to rectify the damaged products or offer a refund of any kind. And not to mention they gave me a free cat scratcher, which not surprisingly has completely broken within 3 days of use, no wonder why it was free. Stay away from this company if you’re wanting a safe outdoor enclosure for your cats, because these aren’t even safe enough to protect your cats in and you will end up having to throw it away and pay money to buy from somewhere else.

We bought the chicken coup and run in December. The coup has been fantastic :-))). Thank-you :-). All the bits fitted together perfectly, all the screws were present, and it is sturdy, and comfortable, for the chickens :-))). despite the rain and drizzle we have had this year. There is no deterioration of the timber. The hutch was equally sturdy and much appreciated. It kept our 2 old chooks, safe at night for 6 months.

required. An excellent product and sturdy enough for our 5 chickens. I have used other brand coops (including expensive metal ones) and this is has been the easiest to construct, the timber is light enough for us to be able to move the coop if needed. I’ve read some pretty negative reviews online about this and feel it’s important to post ours.

Very impressed so far! – Great communication via email with their team, super fast delivery. Cheap don't buy if you want Quality – They advertise quality pet houses. I have a small dog, I purchased the X-Large just to spoil him with room and a patio. The material is that thin I can use the wood panels in my Cricut machine. There were splits in some panels. This would not last a day with a large dog. I bought the Majestic coop and it looks great but I regret buying it. The wood is extremely soft and splits when putting the screws in. It was not squared so there was gaps where there shouldn't be, one of the panels even came damaged and another was missing a pre drilled screw. didn't connect well to the coop so I have to fill the gaps with other pieces of wood. Last night a fox came and pulled on the wire which pulled the screws from the door latch out. The fox got in easily and killed 2 of my girls. This wouldn't have happened if the wood was not so soft. I have now added additional locks as a temporary fix until I can build myself a much better stronger coop. I complained when I assembled it and was told that this wood is used worldwide as it is rot resistant. Purchase with caution.
Edited to add It has been approx a year with this coop and the damage has progressivly gotten worse. It is literally starting to fall apart. A random piece fell off overnight. Pieces are warped, panels are moving so there are gaps in the walls now and the nesting boxes have dropped so the lid wont lock unless I left up the boxes. Save your money and buy or build something that is actually built to last.

They look remarkably similar to ones I saw much cheaper that are being sold brand new on Facebook Marketplace. I thought the ones on Facebook were cheap imitations so I went for this company which is local and Australian. So disappointing for an Australian owned company. Be aware they have significant negative reviews if you look outside of their website. Scroll through thorougly on Product Review, Yelp and Reddit. Owners claim they responded to all my messages. This is categorically false! I left a voicemail on the day it happened, which was not answered. I emailed last week a second time to find out if they sourced a replacement for me to buy, and they did not respond for days. They only responded today I believe because they saw my review today. Eggs galore! – I recently bought this for my chickens. The product was really easy to assemble and seems quite sturdy. Chickens have been happily laying and I love how easy it is to clean. Poor quality coop and not designed well for chickens – Purchased the cabana coop last year - so roughly 6 months ago. Last week the metal on the floor rusted right through and one of our chickens died (assuming from shock from the floor giving way underneath it). to keeping chickens).. the roosting bars should be higher than the laying boxes as chickens will instinctively roost on the highest part.. with this design (the roosting bars are exactly the same height as the laying boxes) they sleep in the laying boxes and poo in them all night so then there is 1 or 2 nesting boxes only that are clean that all the chickens try to lay In.
This isn't ideal firstly because it's harder to clean.. instead of just taking out the bottom bit and washing it off you need to collect the poo from the nesting boxes.. when it's wet and leaking too this results in a massive disgusting mess... and the other reason it's not ideal for them to be sleeping in the nesting boxes is that now they all want to lay eggs in the clean nesting box and then loudly cluck when they have to wait for other chickens in there.
The last thing I would say is that we had 9 chickens for this supposedly 10 chicken coop- we now have 8 and if you take out the nesting boxes, which you really don't want the chickens sleeping in, it's not really big enough for the amount of chickens they advertise it is for and our chickens free range in our garden.
Definitely regret buying this coop.. I think it won't last another 6 months (some of the wood already going mouldy) and is an expensive purchase for it lasting just a year.

of the coop very wet, which is terrible for the chickens and their health. We are now having to build a new custom pen with a roof that encloses the whole coop to keep the chickens safe and dry. It would also be great to see Somerzby use environmentally friendly packaging - polystyrene went all over our backyard, it was messy and terrible for wildlife. Took ages to clean up.

Yes it is not very expensive, but I would expect to be able to use the wheels provided. Next time I will go with Royal Rooster and pay a bit more for Australian Made.
Do not deal with this company – I bought a chicken coop smaller one than this. Upon arrival and trying to assemble the product there was broken bits split wood. It is the cheapest made wood and after my h consultation with the company they offered a 40$ refund or I could return it at my own cost.
