shower head is high quality, not made of plastic as some others I've used. I've had no leaks with this one and leakage was an issue with my previous brands. And the benefits of the Sonaki are many, which you can find on their website. For me personally - My hair texture has improved dramatically, I no longer have a night cough, and my skin has lost it's 'winter itch'. Other delights are a shower screen that remains clean and clear, no scum, and I'm using far less water. And there's a clear cartridge barrel so you can see when the filter needs changing. The model I have is the "Luxury Lotus". It's gentle 'rain' flow or 'massage flow' is determined by how hard you turn the water on. There is another model with flow adjustment by turning a knob on the top of the shower head but this model without the knob works for me. I barely turn the water on and the shower is perfect. The filters are long lasting. This model comes with extra filters but I'm still on my first one. It doesn't have scented essential oil as some filters do but I personally don't find it's needed. The water just smells wonderfully 'clean'. If I want scent I simply put a drop of oil on my shoulders. This filter uses Vitamin C to remove chlorine and chloramines. I feel so much healthier. Not realising before how those two additives to our water have a detrimental effect on the body, I can definitely feel the difference with them removed. Also of great benefit are the 250,000 anions - nature's antioxidant! It's like walking by the beach. And lastly, but certainly not least, my big 5 star rave to the people who provide this product here in Australia. Their customer service is beyond exceptional.
