Annoying reminders to change filter – I don't like the way the girls from the office call to book in a filter change appointment. They don't ask if we'd like a filter change, instead they tell us there's someone in the area next week to change it. They do this every time. It's an aggressive selling technique. On the other hand, the technicians are friendly and don't come across like they're hard selling.

Product Score - 3, FWS Score - 1 – All these years and Filtered Water Solutions still haven't learned good customer service. My experience reflects previous reviews. They call and ask what time on x day they can come and replace your filters without even asking first. Their call staff are rude, pushy and cold. service is still the same after years just smacks of complete arrogance and ignorance. I like the product but am sourcing the replacement filters myself elsewhere. I am no longer a customer of Filtered Water Solutions.

Pushy and rude – This company is very pushy. They continue to call me to try and sell me a service to replace the filter on my water filter. I told them I did not want a new filter yet and that I would contact them when I was ready. I have had 5 calls since March and each time they are pushy. the female was rude to me when I said no. I'm at the stage where I have to block their numbers. They harass you until they get your business. Don't bother with them.

Guys don’t waste your money on expensive systems the Stefani double under sink with the premium carbon filters is absolutely amazing. I have an independent tester appraise it and they were amazed at the quality of filtration with no traces of impurities found. He said it’s as good as the extremely expensive units available. Filter replacement – Efficient service, arrived on the day they were meant to, although I did not receive any confirmation that my request was booked in. This needs to be addressed as it was fortuitous that I was at home that day and the replacement could go ahead. It is not acceptable to just "turn up".

Fantastic! – So good! We have moved back to town supply water after 3 years on rain water. Couldn't believe how tap water tasted so bad. It was just like drinking swimming pool water. Great product and great service – My inquiry was responded to quickly. My new system install was booked quickly and efficiently. The technician arrived on time and worked quickly to install the system. The quality of the system is great and the filtered water quality is fantastic. excellent could not be happier with it – Have had water filter systems for many years. purchased this system about 12 months ago when moved into a different property, the water taste is excellent use it for drinking and also cooking. Love my Filtered Water Solution System – Love the system as the water we drink is free of chemicals, impurities and fluoride. I have a three filter system and drink more water because of the purity. Also like the fact that the company reminds us of when the filters need changing and ring to organise a time and date for this. The technician is always on time and thorough in the changeover .
