Amazing- surpasses expectations!
When I got my Vitel Water filter, I gave my (often cynical) 18 year old a glass and asked what he thought. He didn’t know anything about the filter, so had no expectations. He told me it was delicious and tried to describe it. He told me “I know it will sound strange, but it actually tastes smooth!” I laughed and said that matched the reviews I’d had of the water and couldn’t agree more. We now call this “magic water” and it has increased the amount of water being drunk by my family by at least double! Amazing product!

Not what they claim
We have been using vitel water beads for drinking water for approximately 6 months now and we just recently added beads to our swim spa. Although the beads do raise the ph of the water the tests that we have performed show the water only reaching a ph of 7- 7.5 not alkaline as Greg claims. I am currently awaiting a reply from greg concerning the ph levels of the water. At first he claimed it was my testing so we obtained a test kit from alkaway just as greg suggested, when the results were the same he sent us another liquid regent from a differ

When I asked about the instructions not being included he told me to use the alkaway color chart with a Taylor’s liquid regent after looking at Taylor’s web site the regent he sent is not compatible with the color chart from alkaway like greg claimed. If used the way he says I would have obtained a false reading. Not ready to call him a complete fraud but I’m getting close.

Absolutely Amazing Product.
I purchased this Vitel Water product from Greg's website and have been using now for almost a year.
I have to say that we are so amazed at the quality of this simple system and we cannot recommend highly enough.
Unbelievably, there is no requirement to replace any filters; no need to pay extra for anything!
The water quality is amazing due to the pouches, (check out the site) that simply sit in the receptacle and do not need replacing either.
I am amazed and love the water quality that this product achieves.
No more buying bottled water and a couple of times a year, the pot simply needs a scrub.
What Tha? Could it be any easier?

Amazing difference in quality of water after less than a week!
I live in the NT and our local water is very (very!) high in calcium carbonate so as a keen tea drinker, the kettle needs to be descaled once per week when using tap or jug filtered water. I've been researching different filter solutions for several months and I'm glad I decided to give Vitel water a try. I've had my water filter set for 6 days now but there are zero traces of calcium in the kettle. Even better, the water tastes soft with little to no smell and feels good to drink again! Very happy with my purchase, highly recommended.

Fantastic Water Filter
Love this water! The water tastes so soft and clean. So glad I found the vital filter on this site.
Much better than my $800 filter. After 12 months I was up for another $300 in replacement filter costs, which I was feeling very reluctant to do, as the water from that filter was good, but not great.
My husband and I were really starting to notice a difference health wise from not drinking filtered water (feeling thirsty and dehydrated), so I had to find an alternative.
I read the reviews on here, as I didn't want to spend hundreds per year on replacements and bought the vital water filter. We love the water, feel hydrated, and couldn't be happier with the quality of water and the price. Great service from the company too

No going back
Was not sure about this product but after initial set up which only takes a few minutes drop the crystals in the urn,waited 24 hrs for first taste test,I am convinced it was money well spent compared to a under the sink filter was quoted $300 excluding yearly filter change at $96.00.will never go back to Adelaide tap water which taste terrible I use this crystal clear water for drinking everyday now will never go back to straight tap water,just top up everytime it gets halfway down then your set again to enjoy clear clean drinking water.

Love Our Vitel Water!
We have had our vitel water set for around 5 years and we remain extremely happy with it. The vitel water always tastes very fresh and delicious. We love that it was a one off Inexpensive purchase and that we don’t have to replace any filters. The magnesium beads are a simple and efficient system and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Interesting product
Product arrived 2 days ago . 5 minutes after it was ready to use so filled it with tap water and let it stay for 24 hours . Tested the water and it was amazing ! Taste of water reminded me of those pure fountain waters and felt like a light ! then tried the tap water and it was like I drink my pool chlorinated water .
I am not sensitive on water taste but after trying this I can certainly tell the difference between this product and tap water .

I found this product online last week and was super sceptical because I'm a huge water snob (really sensitive to the taste and texture). Since moving up to Brisbane I've found it impossible to drink water from the tap and really hard to find a good filter. I spent $800 on an alkaline filter but I found myself not drinking at all because it still had that awful Brisbane water texture. I only bought it thinking that I'd give it a go but that I would return it after not liking the taste. How I was wrong! The water is actually delicious!! Great texture and sooo easy to use!! I had been looking for months for a way to purify our tap water. I like to drink water, but found tap water at my home unappetising. The presence of fluoride in tap water always bothered me - it seems illogical to put poison in drinking water because it is 'good for fighting tooth decay' (how much benefit do teeth get from a mouthful of it quickly swallowed anyway)? I watered some plants on my windows and one of them (which has never flowered before), quickly blossomed. There is definitely something to this product. I saw the results posted on the website and it does reduce fluoride in the water - yay! I do not understand the science behind it, but this system definitely does 'something' and that something greatly improves the taste and mouth feel of the water. Very happy and impressed
I am amazed that there is a water purifier available that is so inexpensive, easy to set up and use and easy to get. Also, it takes up very little space in the kitchen. I found the consultant responsive, polite and helpful. We have had it for about two weeks now and my whole family is feeling better. It is so great to know we are drinking water that is free of flouride and chlorine and what's more, is full of magnesium. Hello, I'm a bit confused about the wording of one of the Features of Vitel Water Set. You have written "Fluoride-free: Vitel water beads remove sodium fluoride and reduce the fluoride content in water". Does this mean that the fluoride content is fully removed or simply reduced, as indicated in the last part of the sentence? Thanking you, Shawn.
What happens if you leave it too long to clean your vittel beads
Water starts to taste like tap water and it reminds one to clean the beads
I never find any issue with the beads, when you clean the pot you also rinse the beads, simple as that. The beads contain the active ingredient to cleanse the water. When you follow the instructions you won't go wrong. I can't imagine why you would wish to neglect rinsing any of the items, they are so easy to clean! Twice a year, how difficult is that?
Can I use the beads in a different ceramic water dispenser?
As I am not the seller of the product I can't definitively say that you can use the beads in a different ceramic dispenser but I couldn't imagine why not because as long as it's glazed inside it should not be an issue.
I would imagine any glazed pottery would work just as well.

The Vitel water set uses unique water beads to filter the water. It includes a porcelain dispenser with a 9-litre capacity, 2 bags of Vitel water beads, a porcelain lid, a tap and instructions.
It restructures 8 litres of water in 2 hours. The beads are guaranteed to last forever and do not need replacing.
