This filter is amazing and the customer service is soo good
When was the last time you buy a water filter and they make a personalised thank you video just for you to do so. Well this company does it! I am amazed with how good the water filter is and how easy it is to fit it on. But they send you a personalised video to thank you for buying a filter is just next level of customer service.

Super easy, great tasting water!
Once the tap is installed, it's super easy to use, and easy to replace the cartridges. Love that I don't have to have a water filter jug taking up space on the kitchen bench any more!

Received the T3 as part of a package with our house build and have found it to be fantastic to use. It has a ingenious design and I love that the filter is contained in the spout, making it incredibly easy to change. You can certainly taste the difference in water quality as well.
Best of both worlds, a mixer and filter all in one stylish tap. No more clunky units under the sink. And replacing the filter is sooooo simple.

One of the best products I bought. Great to have a readily filtered water at home. Minimalist design and made in Japan. Loving it!
Perfect tap that I was looking for!
We have recently purchased our house and moved in. The previous owner have done up permanent shelfing under the kitchen sink space (which meant it had limited height), and the kitchen tap does not have any filter at all. Whilst looking at options for getting a filtered tap, we came across all the good reviews on the Taqua filtration taps - which suited our need of getting good quality filtered water without having to redo the under the sink space. We purchased the T3 tap (I liked the design of it) and installation of the tap and filter was s... Read moreimple, and the quality of the tap is excellent! Also really appreciate the level of customer relationship management the Taqua team have provided to show new customers how much they are valued. Have always been a fan of Japanese made products/brands, and Taqua has proven to be another good brand to support. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good no-hassle kitchen filter tap with great functionality and looks.

Easy, convenient and amazing product support
Taqua is an amazing product. Upon extensive research, I found the Taqua product to be the most logical choice for clean, filtered water direct from my kitchen tap. No under bench hassle or tools required to change the filter. Just 10 seconds of your time. I have historically used plain tap water and didn't really delve into filtered or bottled water. After noticing tap water becoming not as clean and fresh over the past few years, I changed to bottled water, which can become quite expensive over time. From there I decided to research home filte... Read morer systems. Taqua was the obvious choice for me. Made in Japan using the best materials, the T3 model is the best system for my requirements with convenience, aesthetic design and filter cartridge replacement. My only regret is that I didn't purchase and install one of these taps a lot sooner.

I picked Taqua when renovating our kitchen last May, based on the high quality of our previous Japanese-made tap-mounted water filter (Cleansui) but whose cartridges are not sold in Australia. I am particular about drinking water not smelling, and that it is clean.
Taqua is so smartly and sleekly designed and the cartridge is very easily replaced. The cartridges are also promptly mailed to our home at preset intervals, a handy service which helps us get on top of nasties not growing inside a cartridge. Switching from filtered to unfiltered wat... Read moreer is as easy as pressing a button. Likewise, switching from a shower spray to a single flow is as easy as turning a switch on the tap head. Plus, the extendable hose allows me to fill a cooking pot with water by placing the pot next to the sink, which is a great help, as is washing the 70cm wide sink itself. Last but not least, the after sales service is good. Overall, I highly recommend Taqua. This tap filter is everything I could ask for.

Absolutely ❤️ my Taqua T3!
I bought my Taqua T3 tap based from online reviews and I have not been disappointed. Due to having kidney disease, I need to drink filtered water every day and I wanted a system that was easy and I could depend on. I certainly got that!
I had a local plumber install it the first week of November. Initially he had a little difficulty (due to the hole in the kitchen counter top from my existing kitchen tap not being big enough for the Taqua tap) but he drilled a larger hole. Then he also had to chip out some of the inside of the kitchen cabinet... Read moreas the original tap had been fitted too close to the inside of the cabinet. But he did it and he certainly earned his money that day. I cannot recommend this water filter enough. My partner was skeptical about the system as she wanted a different system. But now she loves how easy this system is to use, press the button and you have filtered water. Now not only do I and my partner have access to filtered water all day every day, even my dogs do too! Do yourself a favour and invest in a Taqua T3 kitchen tap. You won't regret it!

Questions & Answers
What's the difference between your T-3 and T-1 models?
Thanks for getting in touch and thank you for your interest in the Taqua Built-in Filtration System!
Basic functions of the T-1 and T-3 are the same (technic, filtration, pull-out hose etc.)
The main differences are in design. From a technical perspective, both models are very similar, but the T-1 has a little window that tells you if the filter is activated or not and it also has a so-called “eco-shower” flow mode which is 20% less water but a stronger spray. (for example to wash dishes or spray veggies)
Feel free to drop us a quick email and we can share a soft copy of our brochure with you. Or have a look at our website to find further information and images of both models.
Have an amazing day!
Could you please comment on the Taqua tap's strainer and filters' pore size in microns?
Your website graph "How it works" indicates that pesticides are removed at stage 1 (strainer). How is that possible, when scientific research suggests that pesticides could only be removed via "reverse osmosis and tight nanofiltration membranes which are characterized by pore sizes close to those of pesticides (<1nm)". 1 nm = 0.001 micron.
thank you for your question.
Please note that the graphics used on our website are a simplified explanation of how the filter process works, not a detailed technical explanation.
So in regards to your question, this might have been misleading: The idea is to show, that those substances can pass stage 1 (strainer), but the actual work is done at stage 2, the activated carbon. The process is called adsorption, and activated charcoal (activated carbon) is a universal material for such treatments.
Reverse Osmosis systems work in a different way.
