Bad for no matter how much it cost – Like one of the other reviewers here, this pair of headphones is a sad unit. would be a better fit, I am 70 yrs old and can neither afford much better or to waste $43.00 on this unit. I no longer have the receipt and the item is now 4 months old. I won't try to take them back as BigW is rather particular these days about taking products back. One other issue is the cable near the volume control frayed.
Good headset for the money – I got this headset from woolies for only 30 dollars and for the price, its great. The audio: the audio seemed good to me, although I don't use it for music, primarily gaming. It was certainly better than the normal audio coming from my switch and laptop and phone. the mic, I haven't had any problems. I could hear myself well and clearly and is adjustable, which is nice. My friends could hear me well in fortnite. It's been pretty durable. I haven't broken it yet, and i've been using it for 4 months. At times the audio would cut out, but that because me hand was pressing down on the cord or something along the lines of that. Good product overall, no issues.

ear piece (the foam section) fell off.
We’ve just been there this morning without a receipt as I was sick of going there and was hoping the 3rd pair would work but they didn’t.
I’ve now just paid $86 in TOTAL...
I can only imagine the current pair will break also.
I would have bought a different brand but she has autism and I felt desperate to have them replaced today… I didn’t want to wait weeks to hear from them or order online.

This is not perfect, I could live without it and use the money on something else – Everything works, has mute switch. Volume coming through is poor. Have used on Xbox and pc. Used splitter on laptop but it didn't mute the volume of the laptop. They feel a little bit heavy. Show details
