How do I connect my keyboard
can someone answer if this SBWKBM keyboard will connect and work with a iPhone 12 please?
Hi Tony,
The keyboard is Bluetooth via a USB dongle.
Unless you are able to find an adapter for the USB dongle to plug into your Iphone i dont believe you will be able to use the keyboard with your Iphone.
Kind Regards
UCC/Sonic B team
No, the keyboard has it's own radio protocol. What you need to look for is a bluetooth keyboard for the iPhone.

How do I bring up the pound sterling sign above number 3?
Hello David, To utilize the character keys such as the Sterling sign you will need to change your language preference to English (United Kingdom) United Kingdom Keyboard. This can be quickly done by clicking on the little ENG icon next to your time and date on the task bar for windows.
This will allow you to use all the additional character keys found on your keyboard.

How do I print screen from my sonic b keyboard, I have tried cntrl print screen and microsoft key and print screen and not working?
Hello Bronnie, If you are using the US layout version of the Sonic B keyboard then you may need to check your PC settings to see if this is enabled as the key combination that you are the correct combination.
If you have the UK English layout version of the sonic B keyboard you may need to check that your computer is set up to utilize this layout. To check what Key board you have you can simply check the keys and see if you have alternate keys such as the Pound sign instead of the dollar sign on the 4 key. To check what layout your computer is recognizing in the bottom corner of your screen next to the date and time you will see an "ENG", by clicking on this a language preference screen will pop up and you check which keyboard layout has been selected.
If you have continued issues please feel free to contact us at customerservice@uccaustralia.com.au for further assistance.
Kind regards,

how am i able to use a key twice eg. 11 or dd without having to press an arrow key?
This is obviously has the key images for the UK even though when pressed they produce the US symbols.
Hello, The Sonic B keyboard does utilize the UK English style layout. This style has different layout for certain Key's such as the @ Symbol. In the bottom right hand corner of your task bar next to the time and date you will see an "ENG", if you click on the "ENG" a pop up will appear that will allow you to change the language settings. Currently you setting will likely be set at the US English which is most common within Australia. If you change this to UK English this will change your settings to allow for the keys on the keyboard to be represented accurately when typing.

Sonic B keyboard will not access the ""at"" keystroke it identifies the ät"" symbol as two inverted commas. This is a new keyboard any clues
Hello Michael, It appears that you have purchased the UK English style keyboard. This style has different layout for certain Key's such as the @ Symbol. Please check your keyboard and if your "@" key is not located above the 2 key this is the first indicator you have the UK English layout.
In the bottom right hand corner of your task bar next to the time and date you will see an "ENG", if you click on the "ENG" a pop up will appear that will allow you to change the language settings. Currently your settings will likely be set at the US English which is most common within Australia. If you change this to UK English this will alter the setting to allow for a UK English layout keyboard to function as intended.

How do I access at on the keyboard
Hi Bob, Thank you for your question, To use the "@" key depends on which style you have in your possession. If the "@" key is located on the number 2 key then you have the US English layout keyboard and simply need to press "SHIFT + 2"
However if your "@" key is located near your enter Key, you have purchased a UK English style layout keyboard.
To accurately utilize this keyboard you will need to change a few setting's to allow for UK English to be your primary language on you PC and in some applications.
If you have any further issues please contact us at customerservice@uccaustralia.com.au for further assistance.
