Sony Ericsson W850i (2007)

Excellent – I have gone through several phone brands in my mobile phone lifetime and really like the sony ericsson phones overall which was my reason for buying another one this time around. I was after a mp3 player also so the fact that this has it's own player/walkman with fm was a big seller for me. The phone is light enough to wear if you do want to wear it for gym or out walking etc. But it didn't come with a case so I bought one so I could wear it.

My phone has been dropped a few times and I do have a coating on the glass cover which has taken most of the falls, however it did break (screen went white) after my son dropped it a few months ago. I took it in for repairs and was told by the repair centre that is was a really good model. Walkman, great sound even without the headphones.

Headphones that fit in my small ears!

Walkman quick to operate.

FM radio.

Unsure if the applications are standard with the phone or with my network, but I have to say i love FaceWarp application.

Video function - no time limit on the record like another phone I had

Light (flash) comes in handy as a torch light.

Little mirror on the back of the phone allows you to take photos of yourself easily.

Camera quality is pretty good

Nice looking phone

I like the slide out design of this phone.

Menu is easy to navigate through once you get the hang of the format.

Timer/Stop watch are good tools for my work purposes, as is making notes in the calendar, task and notes section of organiser.

Editing software on phone, for photos and video are great! Be good if you could zoom in for photo taking

Excellent – Fantastic. Has everything I needed in this compact phone, walkman, camera, video, calendar, email, bluetooth. My best phone so far, absolutely love it. 1GB memory stick, can be upgraded. walkman within a phone, great sound (I bought it for the walkman quality)
