Excellent – I have just replaced this phone with a Sony X10 mini (i prefer my phones smaller and unobtrusive) and in the near 2 years i have had it ive never had a single issue. The phone has great screen resolution and the 8.1mp camera is very near compact digital camera quality for the same mega-pixel range. Sound quality is very good for calls and music playback via earphones, playing music through the phones speakers gets a bit coarse higher up into the volume range though. Software for music, photos etc is very user friendly as is the phones user apps. 2 years on with quite heavy use and the slide is still as tight as day one and due to the mostly metal body cosmetically the phone still looks in near new condition. My X10 has alot to live up too! Very compact, mp3 function, 8.1mp camera, user friendly applications. Had this phone almost 2 years now and never a single problem.

Good – I bought the phone before I had my 2nd child as it is a 8mp camera as well as a phone. I always have my phone in my pocket, and as it's easier to reach in to your pocket and use your phone rather than having to get up and find the camera and miss the special moment as it was happening with my children, it was the best option for me. The phone would otherwise be perfect, but from time to time the battery life expires in less than a day from full for no apparent reason. I have the up to date software on the phone, so that isn't the issue. But once you've done a master reset a few times, changing wall papers, ringing tones etc becomes a minute process, so it doesn't bother me so much any more. Just make sure you always save pictures, music, games and phone numbers to the memory card, no drama's. Great photo's, generally long life battery, easy to use from time to time, I have to master reset the phone as the battery life will only last a day when otherwise would last minimum 4 days.
