Good mobile-- until I left it on the boot & drove off to smash it in the road! :( – At the time, I bought it cheap during a sale-- amazing. Everything was smooth. Sweet! You can replace the battery watching vids online. I'm about to take mine to have the digitizer replaced, I like it so much! Camera is great, software is great. Speakers are a bit quiet, one of my biggest gripes as I use my mobile for music a lot. A good, solid choice if you can find one! :) Show details
Looks good, but unreliable, poor sound quality, poor bluetooth connectivity and abysmal customer ser – A good looking phone with a big easy to read screen. And even my fat fingers can type a text without hitting 2 letters at once. Pity the sound quality is so bad. I would love to see more reviews emphasizing sound quality. At maximum call volume voices can be heard if there is no background sound. I thought the earphones would help but their… Read more
volume was worse.
So I bought a cheap bluetooth on ebay and while I could hear my callers they had difficulty hearing me. Ney I bought the most expensive Bluetooth I could find, the Plantronics Voyager. that worked well for a while but after the upgrade to Lollypop I began getting dropouts. I called sony who after a long wait for an operator gave me a series of instructions over several calls, about 2 hours waisted all up. They said that the problem was the blue tooth device so I exchange that, but still no joy. Tried another expensive bluetooth device the Jabira but had the same problem.
More calls to Sony more setting changes, by untrained staff reading an irrelevant generic script. A factory reset, lost all my contacts and texts, but now no bluetooth products would connect except for the cheap one from EBay. it's still under guarantee so I'll be returning it today.
Good smartphone and value for money – If you are an easy going surfer for technology. Then this product is for you. Dual SIM, 6.0 inches screen with Multitouch with 8GB Internal memory with 1 GB RAM, WIFI, Bluetooth, 13MP camera and front camera is 1.1 MP with Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and is upgradable to 4.4.2 (KitKat) I believe a good phone all in all. No complaints in handling.
